作者甘俊珍(2019)在《纳米SnO2的光催化性能和气相吸/脱附性能的粒度和形貌依赖性》一文中研究指出:与块状材料相比,纳米材料具有优异的光催化性能和吸/脱附性能,现在已广泛的应用在诸多领域,而这些性能均受粒度和形貌的影响。但目前粒度和形貌对光催化性能的影响以及光催化性能的粒度依赖性与吸附性能的粒度依赖性之间的关系还不清楚;粒度和形貌对气相脱附动力学和吸/脱附量的影响规律和机理还未见报道。本文以纳米SnO2为研究体系,制备出不同粒度形貌规则的球形和八面体纳米SnO2,并研究了粒度和形貌对光催化性能和气相吸/脱附性能的影响规律和影响机理。在制备方面,采用水热法,通过改变不同实验条件得到其对粒度和形貌的影响规律。在纳米SnO2的光催化性能方面,首先研究了纳米SnO2对不同染料的光催化选择性以及选择性的机理,其次选择了光催化性能较好的孔雀石绿为光催化对象,进而研究了不同粒度球形和八面体纳米SnO2对孔雀石绿的光催化性能,以及光催化性能的粒度依赖性与吸附性能的粒度依赖性之间的关系。在纳米SnO2的气相吸/脱附方面,测定了不同吸附温度不同粒度球形纳米SnO2对NH3的总吸附量,得到了温度和粒度对总吸附量的影响规律。采用程序升温脱附法(TPD)测定了NH3在不同粒度球形和八面体纳米SnO2表面的脱附曲线,然后根据脱附方程,进而得到脱附动力学参数(脱附活化能Ea和脱附指前因子的对数lnA),讨论了粒度和形貌对Ea和lnA的影响规律;此外,根据脱附峰的范围和面积得到不同粒度球形和八面体纳米SnO2表面酸性位的强度和量,讨论了脱附动力学参数的粒度依赖性与表面酸性位的粒度依赖性之间的关系,从而解释了粒度和形貌对脱附动力学参数的影响机理。结果表明:(1)在纳米SnO2的制备方面:球形纳米SnO2的制备采用了两种制备方案,随着水热温度的增大,两种方案制备的球形纳米SnO2的粒径均增大。此外,对于粒径大于20 nm的球形纳米SnO2,随着水热时间的增大,粒径逐渐增大且形貌越规则,随着草酸和PVP-K30质量的增加,粒径逐渐减小;对于粒径小于20 nm的球形纳米SnO2,随着Sn4+浓度的增加,粒径逐渐增大。对于八面体纳米SnO2的制备,HCl的体积、水和乙醇的体积是影响粒径和形貌的主要因素,随着HCl、水和乙醇体积的增大,粒径减小。依据这些规律可实现对不同粒度形貌规则的球形和八面体纳米SnO2的可控合成。(2)在粒度和形貌对光催化性能的影响方面:球形纳米SnO2的光催化选择性与其吸附选择性相一致。球形纳米SnO2不吸附阴离子染料甲基橙和刚果红,对这两种染料也没有光催化效果;但对于阳离子染料盐基品红和孔雀石绿,纳米SnO2对孔雀石绿的吸附速率常数、吸附率、光催化速率常数和降解率都大于对盐基品红的。此外,球形和八面体纳米SnO2对孔雀石绿的光催化性能随粒度的减小而增强;当八面体和球形SnO2的等效粒径相等时,八面体纳米SnO2对孔雀石绿光催化的降解率和降解速率都比球形纳米SnO2对孔雀石绿光催化的降解率和降解速率大。粒度越小,形貌效应的影响越明显。因此,粒度和形貌对纳米SnO2的光催化效果都有显著的影响。(3)在粒度和形貌对气相吸/脱附性能的影响方面:球形纳米SnO2对NH3的总吸附量受吸附温度和粒径的影响。随着吸附温度和粒径的减小,总吸附量增大。此外,粒度和形貌对脱附活化能(Ea)和脱附指前因子的对数(lnA)影响归因于粒度和形貌对表面酸性位强度和量的影响。随着粒度的减小,球形和八面体纳米SnO2表面酸性位的强度越强、酸性位的量越多,这导致纳米SnO2对碱性气体NH3的吸附作用增强,同时可以提供更多的吸附活性位点,因此,Ea、lnA和化学吸附/脱附量均增大。对于形貌的影响:等效粒径相同的球形和八面体,八面体纳米SnO2表面的酸性位的强度比球形纳米SnO2表面酸性位的强度强,且酸性位量多,因此,Ea八面体>Ea球形,lnA八面体>lnA球形。本论文得到的关于纳米SnO2制备的规律可以为不同形貌和不同粒度纳米SnO2的制备提供指导;粒度和形貌对光催化性能的影响规律可以为纳米SnO2及其它光催化剂的吸附和光催化提供重要参考;粒度和形貌对气相吸/脱附的影响规律对于涉及到纳米SnO2吸附、催化和脱附过程的研究和应用提供指导和参考。
