作者陈莹(2019)在《黑龙江省镜泊湖硅藻植物分类学初步研究》一文中研究指出:镜泊湖位于长白山张广才岭与老爷岭过渡地区,属低山丘陵地貌。地理坐标N43°30′-44°20′,E 128°07′-129°06′,温带季风性气候。该区生态系统类型多样,具丰富的藻类资源。本文分别于2017年5、9、10月,对黑龙江省镜泊湖进行了藻类标本的采集,共采集102号标本,测量电导率、pH、温度等相关理化指标,采集生境类型主要包括湖泊、水坑、河流等。标本采用4%的甲醛溶液固定。经酸处理后用Naphrax胶制成永久封片,共有封片204张。利用光学显微镜(ZEISS Imager.A2)对封片中硅藻植物进行观察、拍照、鉴定。经鉴定分析,在黑龙江省镜泊湖共发现硅藻门植物223个分类单位,隶属于3纲13目24科55属203种20变种,其中有中国新记录19个分类单位,包括3纲8目12科14属16种3变种。根据光学显微镜的观察,对每个分类单位的形态特征进行了详细描述。本文对黑龙江省镜泊湖硅藻植物的种类组成和生态分布特点进行了初步的分析和讨论,结果如下:1.镜泊湖硅藻植物种类丰富多样,主要特点为属的数量多,每个属中种类较少,多以淡水普生性种类为主,大部分是世界性普遍分布的种类。2.硅藻植物中圆筛藻纲(Coscinodiscophyceae)、脆杆藻纲(Fragilariophyceae)中的种类少,硅藻纲(Bacillariophyceae)中的种类多。3.镜泊湖硅藻植物优势种类明显,如:Gomphonema truncatum Ehrenberg、Cymbella tumida(Brébisson)Van Heurck、Gomphonema parvulum Kützing、Navicula radiosa Kützing、Cymbella turgidula Grunow、Nitzschia palea(Kützing)Smith、Encyonema minutum Mann等。优势种的种类数量较少,大部分为常见种。4.通过对测定的数据进行聚类分析,得出居民区、旅游区、航运区三个区域。三个区域中,旅游区种类组成最为丰富,共鉴定硅藻植物86个分类单位;航运区硅藻种类较少,共鉴定62个分类单位;居民区共鉴定77个分类单位。在三个区域中均出现的种类数占总种类数的26%。5.在2017年5、9、10月份中,9月份硅藻种类组成最为丰富,共鉴定硅藻198个分类单位;5月份硅藻种类较少,共鉴定硅藻96个分类单位;10月份共鉴定硅藻122个分类单位。6.本研究主要采集了湖边石头、水草、路边水泡、路边水坑草叶、树叶上的附生标本。在湖边石头上附生和路边水坑草叶、树叶上附生这两种生境中,硅藻种类最为丰富。
