作者阿依古丽买买提(2019)在《香梨优斑螟实验种群生命表及内生殖系统研究》一文中研究指出:香梨优斑螟(Euzophera pyriella)属鳞翅目螟蛾科暗斑螟属,为杂食性害虫,20世纪80年后期被发现,主要为害梨、苹果、枣树、杨树等,其中香梨和灰枣受害最为严重。通过害虫饲养和成虫内生殖系统观察,探究香梨优斑螟种群动态规律,研究了香梨优斑螟实验种群生命表、内生殖系统和卵巢发育等繁殖生物学特征。1.香梨优斑螟发育历期等指标在光周期14L:10H、温度27℃和湿度75%条件下,利用人工饲料饲养研究香梨优斑螟卵、幼虫、蛹的发育历期、体重、死亡率等指标。结果发现,通过野外诱集成虫在室内所产卵孵化率在78.81%-95.59%之间,平均89.71%,发育历期5d-6d;幼虫发育历期,平均31.5d、最短18d、最长48d,人工饲养的幼虫体重平均32.4 mg,野外老熟幼虫平均22.4 mg,人工饲养幼虫平均化蛹率88.40%、最高是94.00%、最低80.00%;蛹发育历期在7d-8d,人工饲养的蛹重量14-23 mg,明显重于野外的13 mg-17 mg;成虫羽化率78.84%,最高90.00%、最低72.00%;人工饲养和野外种群的性比都接近1:1,成虫寿命多集中在9-12 d,平均10.5d,雌成虫体重14 mg-17mg、雄成虫体重8 mg-11mg。香梨优斑螟实验种群的净增殖率(R0)7.96,平均世代周期(T)47.87d,内禀增长率(rm)0.04,周限增长率(λ)1.04和种群加倍时间(t)16.00。2.香梨优斑螟的内生殖系统通过解剖雌雄成虫的内生殖系统发现:雄虫的内生殖系统由精巢、2个储精囊、输精管、复射精管、2条附腺及单射精管尾端组成。精巢是1对睾丸愈合为一体的近球状,经输精管与2个储精囊相连,储精囊的下端再经输精管与附腺的前端以及复射精管中部相连,其中复射精管前端与附腺前端相连,其下端与单射精管相连,单射精管末端接于阳茎。雌虫的内生殖系统由8根卵巢、2根输卵管、中输卵管、受精囊、交配囊及较长的附腺组成。卵巢分为2组,各4根卵巢管的上端连接于悬带,侧输卵管下端共同连接于中输卵管,中输卵管末端和发达的梨形交配囊、受精囊及附腺囊,其中交配囊、受精囊均与导精管相连,附腺囊与附腺相连。3.香梨优斑螟不同日龄成虫内生殖系统器官发育通过解剖雌雄成虫内生殖系统,观察1-9日龄成虫生殖器官的变化。结果发现:未交尾雌成虫卵巢成熟卵数量不同日龄有小幅波动,在第4天成熟卵最多(70.00±2.65粒/雌),而未成熟卵数量随日龄增长变化不明显(30.29-45.33粒/雌);卵巢小管的长度和宽度随着日龄增长而变化不大,卵巢小管长度平均值3.58±0.62mm,宽度约0.33±0.02mm;侧输卵管长度和宽度变化不大,第7天侧输卵管最长(0.59±0.08mm),侧输卵管宽度在0.30-0.42mm之间;交配囊的长度和宽度分别为1.16±0.15mm和0.56±0.05mm;精巢长度和宽度随着日龄的增长而先小后增加,初期精巢长长宽分别为0.79±0.18mm和0.90±0.13mm,第9天宽度仅为0.59±0.43mm;复射精管的长度和宽度随着日龄增长而先增后减小,但波动不大,长度在1.38mm-1.69mm之间,宽度在0.20mm-0.24mm之间;贮精囊的长度和宽度及附腺的长度随着日龄的增长而先小后增加,分别在0.52mm-0.71mm、0.23mm-0.32mm和5.16mm-6.62mm之间变化;单射精管的长度5.73mm-7.44mm之间。
Abstract
