作者李心(2019)在《酸性水稻土镉污染修复剂筛选、效果验证与评估》一文中研究指出:镉(Cd)是农田首要关注和控制的污染物,湖南湘潭、广西河池和广东韶关等地因为有色金属工业的发展使周边农田镉污染较严重。本文通过10种不同修复剂的添加,研究修复剂对稻米镉、土壤pH、土壤有效镉、水稻产量的影响;通过筛选试验获得适宜农田应用的三种修复剂,并在广东韶关、广西河池、湖北大冶、江西萍乡和安徽铜陵等五个地区进行大田验证试验,研究修复剂对稻米镉、土壤pH、土壤有效镉、水稻产量以及稻米中营养元素的影响;选取稻米中Cd含量降低率、稻米产量增长率、土壤Cd有效态含量降低率、土壤pH值增加率、修复材料投入成本及额外劳动力投入成本等6个指标作为修复材料的修复效果评价指标,综合评价三种修复剂对酸性水稻土镉污染的修复效果。在镉污染稻田土加入10种修复材料,包括粘土矿物A,硅钙物质B、F、H、I,微生物菌剂C、E,纳米陶瓷材料D,有机物料G,矿物质J。除E只有低剂量处理升高土壤pH外,其余9种修复剂不同剂量均不同程度提高了土壤pH值。提高土壤pH的效果:I>A>C>J>D>B>G>H>F>E。10种修复剂均使土壤有效镉有不同程度的降低,降镉效果:J>C>B>A>G>F>I>H>D>E。在镉污染稻田土加入10种不同土壤修复剂后,除C没有明显降低稻米镉外,其余9种修复剂均使稻米镉显著降低,降镉效果:G>A>J>H>B>I>F>E>C。施用不同剂量的修复剂D、G、H均使水稻产量增加;施用低剂量的修复剂C、中和高剂量E、低和中剂量F也使水稻产量增加。三种修复剂的效果验证结果发现:在湖北大冶、江西萍乡、广东韶关、广西河池和安徽铜陵等五个验证点施用硅钙物质B、纳米陶瓷材料D、有机物料G三种修复剂后,土壤pH值均有不同程度的增加,增加范围为0.14~0.98;土壤有效镉含量均有不同程度的降低,降低范围为0.77%~48.86%;稻米镉含量均降低,降低幅度为0.99%~70.55%。江西萍乡和广西河池两个验证点施用三种修复剂后水稻有不同程度增产效果,增产幅度4.24%~21.43%,湖北大冶和广东韶两个验证点施用修复剂有机物料G、纳米陶瓷材料D、安徽铜陵验证点施用纳米陶瓷材料D后水稻增产幅度分别为1.33%~20.26%。土壤添加修复剂对稻米Ca、Zn、Fe、Se等的影响结果如下:湖北大冶验证点施用G、B、D后稻米中Ca、Zn含量均有不同程度提高,与对照组相比,Ca、Zn含量提高幅度分别为4.7%~15.36%、0.83%~4.9%;江西萍乡验证点施用三种修复剂后增加了稻米中Ca含量,与对照组相比,Ca含量提高0.77%~4.44%;广东韶关验证点施用G、D后增加了稻米中的Fe含量,与对照组相比,Fe含量增加幅度为6.3%~39.59%,施用B增加了稻米中Ca和Se含量,与对照组相比,Ca和Se含量分别提高5.6%、7.4%;广西河池试验点施用B、D后,稻米中Ca、Se含量均增加,与对照相比,Ca、Se含量分别提高0.79%、25.93%;安徽铜陵试验点施用G后,稻米中Ca、Fe、Zn含量均有不同程度提高,与对照相比,Ca、Fe、Zn含量分别提高5.83%、25.37%和1.63%。通过对综合评价指标的计算,比较了三种材料在五个不同地区的修复效果的综合分数,综合分数排序为,广东韶关:硅钙物质B>纳米陶瓷材料D>有机物料G;江西萍乡:硅钙物质B>纳米陶瓷材料D>有机物料G;广西河池:硅钙物质B>有机物料G>纳米陶瓷材料D;湖北大冶:有机物料G>硅钙物质B>纳米陶瓷材料D;安徽铜陵:硅钙物质B>有机物料G>纳米陶瓷材料D。广东韶关、广西河池、湖北大冶、江西萍乡和安徽铜陵五地最适宜施用修复剂硅钙物质B。
