作者宋飞庭(2019)在《城市强风华花岗岩浅埋隧道施工降水对周边建筑物影响分析》一文中研究指出:在城市隧道的建设过程中,不可避免会产生穿越和邻近各种既有结构的情况,尤其是在城市的中心区域穿越地面上密集建筑物群的情况最为常见,这就造成了诸多工程技术和安全方面问题。本文以福州市某穿越建筑物的公路隧道为依托,通过系列的现场测试对地表沉降形态、建筑物受力变形特点及围岩变形规律进行了研究,对强风化花岗岩地层浅埋隧道施工降水的优化加固止水方案进行了数值分析和现场施工验证。对不同降水深度下周边建筑的变形情况和不同间距下隧道施工降水对周边建筑物的影响进行了研究,总结出建筑物距隧道边界的最小安全距离,为以后此类地质城市浅埋隧道工程类比设计积累经验。(1)通过降水初期对地表沉降和建筑物变形监测数据的分析,得出最大沉降均在两排抽水井中心,并且离抽水井越远,沉降值就越小,降水井抽水引起的地表沉降基本成漏斗形,降水井降水深度10m时,导致地表产生最大沉降量为22mm左右,建筑物中,最大沉降量为12.5mm,最大倾斜量达到H/238。(2)降水井降水深度10米时数值分析和现场实测数据对比,得出该数值模型中地表、建筑物沉降规律和现场实际监测规律相似,则数值分析模型的计算结果具有参考性。继续降水数值分析表明,地表最大沉降量为34.7mm,其导致的房屋最大沉降量将达到24.1mm,并且会加大房屋的倾斜,而在此基础上继续进行隧道开挖,房屋的沉降量将继续增大,其房屋的最大倾斜率达到H/91,此倾斜程度将远超过《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》(GB50292-2015)表7.3.10规定,多层钢筋混凝土框架结构侧向位移限值H/200的要求,建筑物将属于危房状态,现阶段必须停止降水,采取优化加固措施。(3)提出采用地表旋喷桩加固隧道上方的土体、地表旋喷桩在隧道两旁施加一排止水帷幕和对天水园小区侧面挡墙进行加固的综合优化加固方案,优化方案数值分析得到,天水园小区1#、2#楼平均沉降量增加1.6mm,省外贸宿舍平均沉降量增加1.7mm,这表明止水帷幕能有效控制降水井降水时建筑物的沉降。隧道开挖时,地表旋喷桩加固土体和两侧地表旋喷桩施作止水帷幕能降低隧道开挖对地表造成的影响。优化方案现场施工监测数据分析表明,在采用优化方案加固后,降水井后期降水和隧道开挖引起建筑物最大沉降量为2mm,最大倾斜率为H/214。这表明:地表旋喷桩施作止水帷幕、地表旋喷桩加固土体和加固挡土墙三种加固方案的综合作用能有效减小隧道降水施工对周边建筑物的影响。(4)数值分析结果表明:在改变降水井降水深度的情况下,降水井降水越深,会导致地表沉降量越大,但随着降水深度的增加,降水导致的地表沉降的增量越来越小,降水初期阶段,地表沉降增量成巨变规律,在后期增加降水深度致的沉降相对增势减弱。在改变建筑物与隧道的间距下数值分析得出:建筑物与隧道边界的距离在70m以上时能保证建筑物沉降控制标准要求;建筑物与隧道边界的距离在40m以上时能保证建筑物倾斜程度控制标准要求,所以建筑物与隧道边界的距离至少控制在70m以上才能保证隧道降水施工时建筑物的安全。
