复合式听写的认知策略培训

本研究试图从“学习策略”的角度发现大学生在“复合式听写”中的学习过程,了解他们的困难和策略使用情况,进行相应的策略培训以提高他们在复合式听写中的解题能力,最终唤起学生的策略意识,提高听力水平。听力是一个极其复杂的过程,许多因素影响着这一过程,其中策略的影响不可忽视。在听力中进行策略培训可以让学生认识到听力的过程,发挥学习自主性,有利于提高听力水平。但相对于其它三项语言基本技能,听力理解方面的研究在外语教学中起步较晚,国内老师对听力中的策略培训也重视不够。复合式听写是一种较新的题型,学生对这种题型了解很少,做起来难度较大,得分不高。综合以上情况,作者决定进行此项研究。本研究拟解决以下问题:(1)发现学生在“复合式听写”中所遇到的困难和使用策略的情况;(2)通过策略培训解决这些困难,并提高学生在复合式听写中的整体水平;(3)发现适合复合式听写的策略。本文首先讨论了听力理解的过程,听力中策略培训的现状和关于听写的研究,还介绍了策略培训,这些都为本研究打下了基础。本研究主要采用了O’Malley&Chamot对学习策略的分类和Oxford的策略培训模式。具体而言,首先本文对参与实验的学生进行了访谈,了解了他们在复合式听写中的问题和学习要求,然后针对这些问题和要求进行相应的策略培训。本文的研究对象为湖北大学知行学院会计专业大二的100名本科生,从属于两个自然班,分别为实验班和控制班。两个班都接受了实验前测,后测和访谈,实验班接受了为期75天的策略培训,对比班只接受常规教学,不参与策略培训。实验结束后,将数据输入SPSS16.0进行分析。策略培训开展前的访谈表明学生在复合式听写中不知道基本答题方法,很少使用策略。本文根据访谈反映的情况,对实验班学生进行了包括7项认知策略的策略培训。在实验结束后的数据分析中表明,策略培训使实验班和控制班有了显著性差异,策略培训对提高学生的复合式听写是有效果的,并对英语听力的学习有积极的作用。
