通过词汇学习策略培训培养高中生英语自主学习能力

近25年来，随着教育的不断改革，学生自主学习能力的培养越来越受到关注。国内外对自主学习的研究主要集中于对定义的界定以及对自主学习者的特征研究上。对自主学习能力培养的实证方面的研究较少，而且主要集中于对大学生的英语学习与教学。词汇学习是英语学习的三大核心之一，是英语学习的基础。近30年来对英语词汇学习的研究逐步深入。但主要集中于词汇学习的有效性方面。本文试图从培养学生的词汇学习策略着手，培养其自主学习能力，进而提高学生的英语学习成绩。本研究首先对自主学习、学习策略、词汇学习策略的国内外相关研究进行综述。其次提出该研究的理论基础：人本丰义与社会构建主义。接下来对盘锦市盘山县高级中学高一(一)班和(二)班两个重点班展开实验。作者在实验开始之前将两班的入学成绩进行比较并将总体成绩较好的(一)班作为控制班，将(二)班作为实验班。作者首先通过问卷调查了解学生词汇学习策略的运用情况。通过对调查结果的分析作者发现学生对词汇学习策略知之甚少，主要通过机械记忆的方法进行词汇学习。因此作者就使用频率较低的词汇学习策略对实验班进行培训。培训分三步：第一步是词汇学习策略演示；第二步是促进学生词汇学习策略的选择与应用；第三步是培养学生的自主学习能力。经过为期四个月的实验之后，在期末考试中，实验班的总体成绩有明显提高并略微超过控制班。作者通过对两班期末考试成绩的对比以及对部分学生的访谈得出结论：词汇学习策略的培训有利于学生自主学习能力的培养；学生自主学习能力的发展能有效促进学生英语成绩的提高。
