作者包正(2019)在《生长条件对萝卜莱菔子素含量的影响》一文中研究指出:萝卜中的萝卜苷(Glucoraphenin,RAE)在黑芥子酶的作用下水解为莱菔子素(Sulforaphene,SFE),莱菔子素在抗氧化、抗细胞突变等方面具有很强的生物活性,对防癌、抗癌有重要意义。本论文利用高效液相色谱法(High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定萝卜中莱菔子素含量,研究了不同施肥处理、不同栽培季节萝卜肉质根和叶片中莱菔子素含量的变化,以及不同温光条件下萝卜芽苗菜中莱菔子素含量的变化。主要研究结果如下:1、肥料会影响萝卜叶片和肉质根中莱菔子素含量,化肥与有机肥相比,前者更有利于萝卜生长前期莱菔子素的积累,而后者更有利于生长后期莱菔子素的积累。就不同施肥配方而言,有机肥施用量不低于2250 kg/hm~2的处理对增加采收期莱菔子素含量的效果明显优于其他处理,其中有机肥施用量2250 kg/hm~2,配合施用225 kg/hm~2氮肥和225 kg/hm~2复合肥,是提高叶片和肉质根中莱菔子素含量的最优处理。在最优施肥处理下,春季栽培萝卜采收期肉质根和叶片中莱菔子素含量达到697.58μg/g DW和441.02μg/g DW,比只施用化肥的处理增加了76.08%和21.40%,秋季栽培萝卜采收期肉质根和叶片中含量达到552.88μg/g DW和238.46μg/g DW,比只施用化肥的处理增加了17.26%和21.15%。2、在采收期,春季栽培的萝卜莱菔子素含量高于秋季,萝卜中莱菔子素的含量受温度、光照强度等环境条件影响。不同品种萝卜中莱菔子素含量受栽培季节影响的程度不同,受影响最显著的是绿皮红肉萝卜‘满堂红’,其肉质根在春季和秋季采收期的莱菔子素含量分别为1405.03μg/g DW、371.87μg/g DW,春季比秋季高277.83%。受影响最小的是绿皮绿肉萝卜‘潍县青’,其肉质根在春季和秋季采收期的莱菔子素含量分别为496.16μg/g DW、430.49μg/g DW,春季比秋季高15.25%。春季肉质根中莱菔子素的快速积累期是播种后6~10周,而秋季则是播种后4~6周。春季栽培萝卜叶片中莱菔子素含量在生长前期和后期高于秋季栽培萝卜。叶片和肉质根中莱菔子素含量在播种后第4周和第12周相关性最显著。3、萝卜芽苗菜中的莱菔子素含量表现为随生长时间增长逐渐降低,其受环境条件影响的规律与叶片和肉质根中不同。生长温度在22℃~32℃范围内,低温更有利于莱菔子素的积累,温度在22℃~24℃条件下,芽苗中的莱菔子素含量较高。日光照时间在0~24h范围内,黑暗处理下芽苗中莱菔子素含量最高,日光照4~8 h条件下芽苗生长情况较好,莱菔子素含量较高。不同光质条件下,黑暗处理下萝卜芽苗中莱菔子素含量最高,其次是黄光处理,红光、蓝光处理与白光处理下含量差异不显著。
Abstract
luo bo zhong de luo bo gan (Glucoraphenin,RAE)zai hei gai zi mei de zuo yong xia shui jie wei lai fu zi su (Sulforaphene,SFE),lai fu zi su zai kang yang hua 、kang xi bao tu bian deng fang mian ju you hen jiang de sheng wu huo xing ,dui fang ai 、kang ai you chong yao yi yi 。ben lun wen li yong gao xiao ye xiang se pu fa (High performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)ce ding luo bo zhong lai fu zi su han liang ,yan jiu le bu tong shi fei chu li 、bu tong zai pei ji jie luo bo rou zhi gen he xie pian zhong lai fu zi su han liang de bian hua ,yi ji bu tong wen guang tiao jian xia luo bo ya miao cai zhong lai fu zi su han liang de bian hua 。zhu yao yan jiu jie guo ru xia :1、fei liao hui ying xiang luo bo xie pian he rou zhi gen zhong lai fu zi su han liang ,hua fei yu you ji fei xiang bi ,qian zhe geng you li yu luo bo sheng chang qian ji lai fu zi su de ji lei ,er hou zhe geng you li yu sheng chang hou ji lai fu zi su de ji lei 。jiu bu tong shi fei pei fang er yan ,you ji fei shi yong liang bu di yu 2250 kg/hm~2de chu li dui zeng jia cai shou ji lai fu zi su han liang de xiao guo ming xian you yu ji ta chu li ,ji zhong you ji fei shi yong liang 2250 kg/hm~2,pei ge shi yong 225 kg/hm~2dan fei he 225 kg/hm~2fu ge fei ,shi di gao xie pian he rou zhi gen zhong lai fu zi su han liang de zui you chu li 。zai zui you shi fei chu li xia ,chun ji zai pei luo bo cai shou ji rou zhi gen he xie pian zhong lai fu zi su han liang da dao 697.58μg/g DWhe 441.02μg/g DW,bi zhi shi yong hua fei de chu li zeng jia le 76.08%he 21.40%,qiu ji zai pei luo bo cai shou ji rou zhi gen he xie pian zhong han liang da dao 552.88μg/g DWhe 238.46μg/g DW,bi zhi shi yong hua fei de chu li zeng jia le 17.26%he 21.15%。2、zai cai shou ji ,chun ji zai pei de luo bo lai fu zi su han liang gao yu qiu ji ,luo bo zhong lai fu zi su de han liang shou wen du 、guang zhao jiang du deng huan jing tiao jian ying xiang 。bu tong pin chong luo bo zhong lai fu zi su han liang shou zai pei ji jie ying xiang de cheng du bu tong ,shou ying xiang zui xian zhe de shi lu pi gong rou luo bo ‘man tang gong ’,ji rou zhi gen zai chun ji he qiu ji cai shou ji de lai fu zi su han liang fen bie wei 1405.03μg/g DW、371.87μg/g DW,chun ji bi qiu ji gao 277.83%。shou ying xiang zui xiao de shi lu pi lu rou luo bo ‘wei xian qing ’,ji rou zhi gen zai chun ji he qiu ji cai shou ji de lai fu zi su han liang fen bie wei 496.16μg/g DW、430.49μg/g DW,chun ji bi qiu ji gao 15.25%。chun ji rou zhi gen zhong lai fu zi su de kuai su ji lei ji shi bo chong hou 6~10zhou ,er qiu ji ze shi bo chong hou 4~6zhou 。chun ji zai pei luo bo xie pian zhong lai fu zi su han liang zai sheng chang qian ji he hou ji gao yu qiu ji zai pei luo bo 。xie pian he rou zhi gen zhong lai fu zi su han liang zai bo chong hou di 4zhou he di 12zhou xiang guan xing zui xian zhe 。3、luo bo ya miao cai zhong de lai fu zi su han liang biao xian wei sui sheng chang shi jian zeng chang zhu jian jiang di ,ji shou huan jing tiao jian ying xiang de gui lv yu xie pian he rou zhi gen zhong bu tong 。sheng chang wen du zai 22℃~32℃fan wei nei ,di wen geng you li yu lai fu zi su de ji lei ,wen du zai 22℃~24℃tiao jian xia ,ya miao zhong de lai fu zi su han liang jiao gao 。ri guang zhao shi jian zai 0~24hfan wei nei ,hei an chu li xia ya miao zhong lai fu zi su han liang zui gao ,ri guang zhao 4~8 htiao jian xia ya miao sheng chang qing kuang jiao hao ,lai fu zi su han liang jiao gao 。bu tong guang zhi tiao jian xia ,hei an chu li xia luo bo ya miao zhong lai fu zi su han liang zui gao ,ji ci shi huang guang chu li ,gong guang 、lan guang chu li yu bai guang chu li xia han liang cha yi bu xian zhe 。
