作者郝舒雪(2019)在《不同生育期水分胁迫及复水对番茄生理特性、品质及产量的影响》一文中研究指出:番茄是我国设施栽培的重要蔬菜,对水分极为敏感,且其生育期较长,不同生长阶段对水分的需求差异较大。针对番茄的需水规律,在其不同的生长阶段对其进行水分胁迫对于水资源的节约和高效利用具有十分重要的意义。试验于2017年2月在温室中进行,设置充分灌溉W(70-80%θ_田)、轻度水分胁迫W1(50-60%θ_田)、中度水分胁迫W2(40-50%θ_田)三种灌水处理及苗期S、花期A、果实膨大期F三个生育期设置,探讨番茄在三个不同生长时期进行连续18天水分胁迫及随后3天复水处理对番茄生理特性的影响,及确定各处理下不同穗番茄果实的品质与产量的差异与综合排名,为实现番茄的优质高效生产奠定基础。通过番茄桶栽试验及指标观测得出以下主要结论:1、大多数光合指标在水分胁迫下均呈下降趋势,在同一生长时期,轻度水胁迫的光合指标值均高于中度水胁迫。此外,各指标最终在复水处理后基本均恢复至初始值。瞬时水分利用效率(iWUE)在水分胁迫的最后一天达到峰值。净光合速率(Pn)与蒸腾速率(E)、Pn与气孔导度(Gs)呈显著的线性正相关关系。2、番茄叶片及根系中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)与过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在全生育期水分胁迫下均持续升高,复水后得以恢复。番茄整个生育期中,叶片的SOD活性高于根系,而叶片中的POD、CAT活性低于根系。随着番茄生育期的推进,Pn值随着抗氧化酶活性的增加而降低,且Pn与抗氧化酶活性呈极显著的相关性。3、气孔长度(SL)和气孔宽度(SW)在各生育期水分胁迫下均呈下降趋势,而气孔密度(SD)则不同,水分胁迫处理下SD呈上升趋势。Pn与SW呈显著的抛物线关系;相反的,Pn与SD呈极显著的线性负相关。4、同时,试验确定了不同生长阶段下不同穗果在水分胁迫及复水下番茄品质及产量的响应;并对第二、三穗果实的品质和产量进行了综合评价。结果显示,一定时期的水分胁迫对提高番茄果实品质有重要的作用,但不可避免会造成其产量的下降。同一生育期下,大部分品质指标在轻度水分胁迫下高于中度水分胁迫。水分处理下番茄的可溶性糖(SS)、可溶性固形物(TSS)、维生素C(VC)和硬度(F)均显著高于对照,果实品质明显提高。水分胁迫与生育期的交互作用对SS和TSS有显著影响。在番茄的生长后期,水分胁迫显著提高了番茄果实的SS和TSS含量。番茄品质在第二穗和第三穗间存在显著差异,尤其表现在SS、有机酸(OA)与番茄红素(L)的含量上。与三穗果相比,二穗果的风味品质较优,而三穗果的外观品质较优。水分胁迫下二穗果的产量降低9.16%~35.04%;三穗果产量降低7.85%~23.40%,早期进行轻度胁迫处理对其影响较小。5、采用主成分分析(PCA)及灰色关联度(GRA)法对番茄不同穗果品质进行综合评价,结果显示,二、三穗果及两穗果的品质平均值在两种方法的评估下排名第一的处理均为W1F。通过秩和比法(RSR)对番茄品质及产量综合评估的结果显示,二穗果及两穗果平均值的品质最佳处理基于PCA、GRA均为W1F;而三穗果的品质最优处理基于PCA为W1F,基于GRA为W1S处理。6、虽然水分胁迫对番茄的生理指标存在负面影响,但这种影响并非是不可逆的,因为水分胁迫对番茄生理指标的影响在复水后均得到了一定程度的恢复,部分指标甚至恢复至初始水平。花期进行水分胁迫对生理指标的影响大于苗期与果实膨大期。综合考虑以上因素,证实轻度水分胁迫对番茄非关键生长期(苗期或果实膨大期)生理指标的影响不显著,与充分灌溉相比,轻度水分胁迫对番茄生理指标的影响不显著。水分胁迫显著提高了番茄的品质,但无论在哪个生长阶段进行水分胁迫均不可避免地降低其产量。在果实膨大期施加轻度水分胁迫(W1F)是提高果实品质和产量的最佳措施。
