作者程亮(2019)在《分层采油泵漏失分析及结构优化设计》一文中研究指出:分层采油技术是油田开采的中后期提高采收率、降低开采成本的关键技术手段。与常规抽油泵相比,分层采油泵包含较多球阀类零件,结构复杂,且通常用于高含水量、含砂量的油井,作业工况更加恶劣,更易导致分层采油泵漏失、冲蚀磨损。针对分层采油泵的间隙高漏失量和固定阀的冲蚀磨损,本文基于分层采油泵(FCCYB38-28A)高含水量和含砂量的工况,运用计算流体动力学理论,采用理论计算与数值计算相结合的方法,对分层采油泵柱塞泵筒环形间隙以及固定阀流场进行了研究。在建立了间隙泄漏数值模型的基础上,为了研究单个冲程内间隙泄漏规律,对50mm长度的间隙泄漏模型进行了数值计算。结果表明:柱塞上行时剪切漏失和压差漏失的方向均为沿井筒向下,为正漏失,而下行时只存在负向的剪切漏失;柱塞泵筒环形间隙泄漏量随柱塞两端压差的增大而增大,二者呈线性关系,随间隙宽度的增大而增大,呈三次函数关系。为了研究三种泵间隙等级下迷宫密封槽的适用性,建立了带迷宫密封槽的间隙泄漏模型,通过改变计算域中介质的粘度值,对三种泵间隙等级下迷宫密封槽的阻流效果进行了研究,得到了迷宫密封槽在三种泵间隙等级下的适用原则:一级泵间隙加迷宫密封槽,适用于产出液粘度值小于2mPa·s的油井;二级和三级泵间隙加迷宫密封槽,分别适用于产出液粘度值小于2.5mPa·s和小于6mPa·s的油井。为使迷宫密封槽阻流效果达到最优,采用单因素法研究了密封槽尺寸对阻流能力的影响,结果表明:对一级泵间隙,随着密封槽尺寸的增大,阻流能力先增大再减小,槽宽取0.54mm时阻流效果相对最好;对二级、三级泵间隙,密封槽阻流能力随槽尺寸的增大而增大,在标准允许范围内,槽宽应取1.5mm;通过对比验证发现,对于相同长度的泵间隙,给定密封槽间距,增加密封槽尺寸比增加密封槽数量更有利于减小泄漏。针对固定阀开启压差作用下,阀座冲蚀磨损严重的问题,通过改变固定阀开启程度,研究了固定阀冲蚀特性与开启程度的关系。结果表明:固定阀锥面处冲蚀磨损最严重,最大冲蚀率随固定阀开启程度的增大而迅速减小;研究了固定阀的阀座锥度对最大冲蚀率的影响,结果表明:最大冲蚀率随着锥度的增大而减小,锥度值取37.5°至39°时,能得到较小的冲蚀率;针对分层采油泵固定阀沉砂结垢问题,提出了固定阀结构改进方案,经验证,通过改进后的固定阀结构,能显著改善阀腔内流体产生漩涡的现象,从而能较好改善固定阀结垢沉砂的问题。
