语言符号象似性的多维认知表征探究

论文摘要

语言符号任意性和象似性两种观点的对立贯穿着整个语言研究的历史,关于象似性和任意性的争论最远可追溯至柏拉图、亚里士多德时期。象似性研究在当代语言学研究中占据了越来越重要的地位,国内外关于象似性的研究取得了丰硕的成果。本文以语言符号象似性的多维认知表征探究为题,以英、汉语为例,拟从音义层面、形态层面、句法层面阐述语言符号在语言各层面的象似性表征,音义层面主要从拟声词和词语语音象似性两个方面分别论述象似性在英汉两语中的表征;形态层面主要从构词法角度,阐述象似性在英汉语中的表征;句法层面阐述三种主要的句法象似性规则在英汉两语中的表征并将其运用到英语教学领域,用以阐述语言符号的象似性特征,及这一特征的应用价值。
