论文摘要
男性与女性构成了我们这个社会整体,然而每个性别都有其独特的心理特征。这些特征影响着两性的未来发展。自信与成就动机就是心理因素中重要的两个。两者在人格结构中能够影响人的智力活动和智能发展。本文从性别差异的角度试图探究两性在自信与成就动机两方面的不同点,特别是女性的特点,因性施教,有效促进两性人格完善,教育他们成为全人。本文对大连高校的学生进行了量的研究,调查了他们在成就动机和自信两方面的特点。本文从性别差异的视角看待自信与成就动机,文章共分五部分。第一章介绍了术语自信,成就动机,性别和性别差异。这章还提出了研究自信和成就动机的性别差异的必要性和重要性以及本文关注的问题。第二章综述了国外和国内的自信与成就动机研究的理论与相关的量的研究,并重点阐明了关于自信与成就动机的性别差异的有关理论。第三章主要通过对大连的两所高校学生的调查,对调查数据进行多次编辑、调整并运用SPSS软件进行了分析和讨论并提出了相关结论。主要探讨了大连学生性别差异的五个维度。(自我肯定、人际自信、学业自信、追求成功和避免失败)以及成就动机与自信的关系。学生的年级、年龄、专业和学校类别对其自信与成就动机的影响。第四章探讨了成就动机和自信的性别差异并且指出对英语教学的启示。第五章是全文总结。
