中西方酒文化比较

作为一种古老的饮料,酒深深植根于人们的物质生活及精神生活之中,成为最具民族性的社会文化现象。作为一种极具魅力的饮品,酒又以其独特的色泽,多变的口感,芳香的气味,及其为人所带来的精神上的愉悦,成为最具广泛性的社会文化现象。这使得酒文化的比较研究具有可行性,并对酒文化的发展产生促进作用。文化是一个极为复杂的体系,其构成要素无限多样。因此,对于构成文化的代表性要素进行分类便成为文化研究得以系统展开的前提。文化的表层结构和深层结构理论的提出为文化研究的进行提供了理论指导。拉里·萨莫瓦(Larry A. Samovar)指出：“正是文化的深层结构使得一族文化得以统一,文化的独特性得以凸显,并为特定文化框架内集体行为的动因及方式提供了解释。”通过探索及分析处于深层结构的文化要素,人们才能真正理解一个民族的民族特性及其根源所在。只有深入了解他国文化,才能更好理解本国文化。比较研究的方法为研究不同的文化提供了一条有效途径。在比较的过程当中,不同文化形成的根本原因及其包含的民族特色得以探寻,本民族文化得以重新审视,不同文化所蕴含的优缺点也可以为研究者察觉。这不仅为全球化背景下跨文化交际的顺利进行提供保证,也有助于吸取异域文化长处,为本国文化发展注入新的活力。本文以社会历史发展为线索,从以下几个方面对中西方酒文化进行了一系列比较：典型文化产品与文化模式之间的关系,酒在不同文化中体现的意义,发挥的作用,以及人们在饮酒活动中不同的关注焦点。然后进一步探究导致这些差异产生的相关文化因素,诸如价值观,宗教信仰,思维方式等。通过比较分析最终得出结论：正是处在深层结构的文化要素构成了民族文化的根基,并使得两种文化在许多方面产生巨大差异。这些要素隐藏于文化产品及文化行为之下,相对稳定,是各异的文化表现形式产生的原因和存在的根基。因而,透过不同表征分析处于深层的文化因素有助于推动跨文化交际中文化双方深入理解,相互尊重以及取长补短。
