摘要:双套管连接器是城市轨道交通柔性接触网支撑与悬挂装置中的重要连接部件,一旦发生故障,将可能导致柔性接触网支撑与悬挂装置的承力能力严重下降,给柔性接触网系统的稳定性带来极大伤害并危害列车的正常运行。本文针对双套管连接器出现的裂纹与松脱问题,提出了基于图像处理的柔性接触网双套管连接器故障检测方法。在双套管连接器定位阶段,采用基于DPM(多尺度可变形部件模型)算法实现双套管连接器的定位。在双套管连接器的故障检测阶段,采用基于曲率检测的方法,首先通过Hough直线变换去除图像中的腕臂,提取螺母部分,之后通过图像二值化、Canny算子提取边缘实现对图像的处理,最后利用裂痕曲率变化较大这一特点进行曲率检测从而判断是否存在故障。实验表明,该方法能够较准确地实现双套管连接器不良状态的检测。

Absract:Thedoublesleeveconnectorisanimportantconnectingcomponentinthesupportandsuspensiondeviceofurbanrailtransitflexiblecatenary,Intheeventofafailure,thebearingcapacityoftheflexiblecatenaryandsuspensionwillbeseriouslyreduced,Itcausesgreatharmtothestabilityoftheflexiblecatenarysystemandharmsthenormaloperationofthetrain.Aimingattheproblemofcrackandloosenessofdoublesleeveconnector,thispaperpresentsafaultdetectionmethodbasedonimageprocessingfordoublesleeveconnectorofflexiblecatenary.Inpositioningstageofdoublesleeveconnector,weintroduceawaywhichbasedonDPM(DeformablePartModel)algorithmtorealizethepositionofdoublesleeveconnector.Infaultdetectionstageofdoublesleeveconnector,weintroduceawaywhichbasedoncurvaturemeasurement,firstremovethecantileverfromtheimagebyHoughlineartransformtoextractnutsection,andthenprocesspicturebybinaryimagesandCannyoperator,finally,wedeterminewhetherthereisafaultbyacharacteristicthatcurvaturevariationthecrackislarger.Theexperimentshowsthatthismethodcandetectthebadconditionofthedoublesleeveconnectormoreaccurately.
