高温超导氧化物YBCO外延薄膜在掺入少量锆酸钡(BaZrO3,BZO)后,YBCO外延薄膜的超导性能会得到较大幅度的提高。本文研究了不同制备条件对掺BZO的YBCO薄膜的外延特性及超导性能的影响。本文采用固相反应法制备了YBCO及BZO原材料,利用固相烧结工艺制备含BZO质量比为2%的YBCO-BZO复合靶材,并对制备出的粉体及靶材进行了测试分析,获得高质量的超导靶材。本文采用脉冲激光沉积技术(PLD)在LaAlO3(100)基片上外延生长掺锆酸钡的YBCO薄膜。在不同的薄膜衬底温度、氧分压、以及激光脉冲频率等工艺参数下制备了掺锆酸钡的YBCO薄膜,用X射线衍射和高分辨透射电子显微技术对所制备的YBCO薄膜的外延特性进行了分析。最后比较了不同制备条件下YBCO薄膜的超导性能,得到了最佳制备工艺参数。最佳工艺参数为:基片温度为800℃,沉积氧分压是25Pa,脉冲激光重复频率为3Hz,脉冲激光数量为3200~8000次,靶距为4cm,沉积结束后在500℃,103pa氧分压条件下保温一小时。采用最佳工艺参数沉积的掺BZO的YBCO薄膜,C轴取向强,结构致密,电性能好。
