文学翻译译者的地位及自我定位

论文摘要

翻译理论的根本问题之一是如何描述和解释译者在翻译过程中所扮演的角色。本文在现有对译者主体性研究的基础上,对传统翻译观中译者角色确定表示质疑,并提出“译者自我定位”概念,其基本定义为,‘译者在动态过程中有意识地选择自己的位置和角色’,从而尝试重新确定文学翻译译者的地位。本文旨在解决两个主要问题:什么是文学翻译译者适合位置?译者在翻译过程中如何自我定位?为解决该问题,作者试图对影响译者自我定位的主要因素以及译者自我定位在实际翻译过程的体现做出详细分析,并提出文学翻译译者三个基本的定位:文化传播者,文学再创作者,和协调者,从而为‘译有所为’找到依据.
