论文摘要: 研究表明,英语学习者的语用能力在其与英语母语者的交流过程中至关重要,它有可能会导致这种跨文化交际的失败。看到目前英语在我国受到如此高的重视,作者不禁要问:经过这么多年的英语学习,我国学生的英语应用能力究竟如何呢?带着这个问题,加之语用学中对英语请求策略的研究成果的启发,作者对我国大学生英语请求策略的运用能力进行了调查。本文通过对比分析英汉礼貌概念及英汉请求策略的异同,得出了英汉请求策略的各自特征。调查结果显示,虽然经历了这么多年的英语学习,学习者在英语请求策略以及在英语请求的具体句子结构上还存在这样或那样的问题。首先,在特定的场景中,相当一部分学生没有使用符合英语请求习惯的请求策略。其次,学习者的具体请求句式在很大程度上受到其汉语请求习惯的影响。再次,学习者的英语水平也是影响其英语请求能力的重要因素之一。另外,在英语学习者的语用能力培养方面,此调查也为我国的英语教学及语言研究提供了参考。
