基于语料库的本族语者和中国学习者形容词语义韵对比研究

论文摘要

本文的主旨是通过对比研究母语语料库和学习者语料库的高频形容词在搭配及语义韵方面存在的异同,探究其对语言教学及词典编纂的启示。本研究的方法结合了语料库语言学的定量分析法和对比语言学的定性分析法,研究语料来自BNC在线语料库和中国学生口笔语语料库(SWECCL),参照词典的释义及其在语料库中的显著度(significance),本文选取了三个高频形容词full, real和physical,观察其在语料库中的使用频率,搭配词及索引行;再以与其共现的搭配词的语义场为依据(其中full还以其类联接为依据),识别所选词的语义倾向及语义韵;最后将母语和学习者语料库中的搭配行为和语义韵进行对比,揭示异同及对语言教学和词典编纂的意义。本研究揭示的相关趋势有:1)语义韵不是单个词项的内在特性,而是通过与其他词共现而形成的语义倾向所表现出来。2)所选词多显示出错综复杂的语义韵,故应结合具体的语义倾向分析语义韵。3)在母语语料库和学习者语料库中,所选词在搭配行为和语义韵两方面呈现不同程度的异同。4)所选词在母语中体现出更为清晰强烈的语义韵。而学习者的词语搭配力较弱,无论是积极语义韵还是消极语义韵,都趋向模糊笼统,和母语倾向使用意义清晰明确的搭配词形成对比。5)总体看,母语和学习者语言的搭配和语义韵不同之处多于相同点。
