论文摘要
息技普为教师教育供了新而有效技支持,基于互联网环境实共同体已成为外语教师发展新范式。然而,比于外丰富研究源研究成,内外语教师专业网站十分有,研究仍以理论探讨为主,且方法较为单一。于,本文对所选案例采用质量结研究方法,分析英语教师在作内容式,以英语教师对在作态度,以期对该领域研究有些许启发。本文共分六章进行探讨。第一章第二章分别绍研究背景关文。第三章为理论框架,包括基于虚拟实共同体概念建构主义理论以成人学习理论。第四章详细阐研究计。本文三研究问分别为:教师在作内容如,教师在作式如,以教师对在作持种态度。牛津英语教研论坛内参与在作教师所组成虚拟实共同体为本文研究对。本研究采用Garrison等人(2001)出询共同体交互行为框架分析教师在作内容,运用会网络分析软件Ucinet 6.0 Netminer 2.6分析其在作式,并基于成人学习理论,助Arnold (2006) Hays等人(2009)使用问卷访谈工具调查教师在作态度。研究过程主要包括帖子收与筛选,数据转写与分析。在第五章数据分析与讨论部分,笔者运用建构主义理论对教师作内容作式数据结进行分析,运用成人学习理论对教师作态度调查结逐一讨论。最后,笔者在第六章对本研究作出结论。本研究结发,英语教师在作过程本质是人际互动学习过程。在过程中,⑴作内容:会性认知性作内容同时存在,且前者发生频率明显高于后者;作内容类别在不同作阶段分别以最大体,并受到教师学期教学计划影响。⑵作式:英语教师通过在作活动建立了紧密会关系网;教师对作话作者具有倾性,只有少数作话能够引起教师广泛参与,大部分参与作教师被少数核参与者影响并引领。⑶作态度:英语教师对在作态度体较为乐观,更看重人际互动学习过程而非结;教师期待网络与实作结应用;教师作为成人学习者特点使其长期在作成为可能。
