英文买方信贷合同的衔接连贯研究

论文摘要

伴随着我国金融业尤其是银行业的不断发展与壮大,对该类人才的需求也与日俱增。对该领域的从业人员来说,了解金融业所涉及的商务合同以便更为有效的利用外资则变得尤为重要。利用外资有多种渠道,其中最为重要的一种即为买方信贷。要掌握买方信贷的起草与翻译,就要了解该类合同的文体特点,尤其是该类合同是如何保持衔接与连贯性的。本文所选取的语料为作者本人实习所在银行日常处理的一项业务合同/买方信贷,因此也使得该项研究具有一定的实践性。本文主要以Halliday和Hasan在《英语的衔接》一书中提出的衔接连贯为理论基础对买方信贷合同进行了详尽的分析与研究。其中首先简要介绍了买方信贷合同与其他商务合同的相同点与不同点。其次分别从衔接与连贯两个角度对买方信贷合同进行了细致的分析。衔接角度主要是从语法衔接手段与词汇衔接手段两方面进行分析的,其中语法衔接手段又包括指代、替代、省略、连接手段；词汇衔接手段又包括重复、搭配。连贯角度主要从影响语篇连贯的内部条件和外部条件两方面进行分析的。作者希望通过此研究一方面能更好地揭示买方信贷合同的特点,使得金融领域从业人员能更好的掌握此类合同的起草与翻译,另一方面能拓展衔接连贯理论的研究范围,从而进一步验证了该理论在各种文体中的适用性,使其适用于更多不同的文体。本文较全面的揭示了买方信贷的连贯衔接特色,对商务英语教学以及相关文体的语篇分析领域均有重大意义。
