Y房地产公司项目管理信息化研究

论文摘要

随着房地产企业规模扩大,项目大型化和地域分散化日益明显,对信息交流的需求与日俱增。房地产企业借助IT技术,实现项目管理的信息化,是解决项目管理中信息流沟通,提升管理水平的重要途径。论文结合笔者房地产项目管理的实际工作经验,通过对信息流门户、信息系统、信息系统模块等三方面项目管理信息化基本理念的研究,再结合笔者所在Y房地产公司项目管理信息系统,对房地产企业项目管理信息化落实到纸面,提供了一个理论、实际相结合的完整案例。本文首先分析了当前国内房地产企业的主要管理模式,再结合项目管理和信息化的概念特征,论述了实现项目管理信息化对提高房地产企业管理水平的意义。其次,从三方面对房地产项目管理信息化理论进行了深入研究:一是信息流门户,论述解决了房地产项目管理信息沟通交流的问题;二是管理信息系统,阐述了如何对项目信息进行处理分析的问题;三是系统模块,将房地产开发过程划分为不同模块,具体讨论和解决了系统如何按模块实现信息的分析和控制。最后,笔者详细介绍了Y房地产公司信息系统的实际使用情况,总结了信息系统对公司管理的促进作用,同时也对系统使用的局限性做了补充说明,全面论证落实了房地产项目管理信息系统在实际中的运用。
