作者杨星(2019)在《银纳米线基导电墨水的制备及性能研究》一文中研究指出:随着便携式电子器件与柔性可穿戴电子设备的发展,传统的氧化铟锡(Indium tin oxide,ITO)材料因其质脆价高而逐渐不能满足人们的需求。作为一维导电材料,纳米银线具有优异的导电、导热和柔韧性,被认为是最佳的ITO替代材料。目前,在纳米银线柔性透明导电薄膜(Silver nanowire flexible transparent conductive film,AgNWs-FTCFs)的制备工艺中,迈耶棒法和喷涂法被认为最有可能实现大规模生产。新兴的喷墨印刷电子技术则为制备高精度、可控图形化的导电薄膜提供了思路。作为导电图形的基础材料,导电墨水是印制电子技术发展的关键,也是制约其发展的瓶颈,直接影响印制电子产品的性能和质量。本论文首先概述了纳米银线基透明导电薄膜和喷墨印制导电墨水的研究进展;其次采用多元醇法合成纳米银线并采用超声诱导断裂法研究了纳米银线尺寸的可控性;然后以自制和商用纳米银线为原料,采用迈耶棒法和喷涂法制备了纳米银线透明导电薄膜并系统研究了其性能、结构与工艺间关系;最后初步探讨了喷墨纳米银线导电墨水制备以及印制导电图案,具体工作如下:(1)研究了多元醇法合成纳米银线的反应时间和温度对尺寸的影响以及超声诱导断裂纳米银线的超声时间、功率以及纳米银线浓度和直径对断裂尺寸的影响。研究表明,随着反应时间和温度的增加,纳米银线长度和直径均不断增大,且随着温度的增加,成线速率逐渐加快;超声诱导断裂纳米银线的长度随超声时间和功率的增加而减小,随银线浓度和直径的减小而减小,但对银线的直径没有明显的影响。(2)采用迈耶棒法制备导电薄膜,系统研究了纳米银线长度、浓度和用量对薄膜光、电性能和显微结构的影响。研究结果表明,导电薄膜的综合光、电性能随着纳米银线长度的增加而增加,高浓度下薄膜形貌较差但电学性能较好,低浓度下适当提高用量的成膜均匀性和光、电性能较好;随着方阻的减小和直流电压的增加,薄膜的稳定温度逐渐增加,热均匀性逐渐增强。纳米银线长度为15.49μm,浓度为2 mg·mL-1,用量为0.14 mL时,导电薄膜方阻低至61.5Ω/□,透光率高达90.4%,雾度值为1.04%,方阻非均匀性因子仅为0.23,均匀性良好。(3)采用喷涂法制备导电薄膜,系统研究了纳米银线长度、浓度和用量对薄膜光、电性能的影响。研究结果表明,导电薄膜的光、电性能随着纳米银线长度的增加而增加。但从工艺过程来说,长度和浓度较大时,喷涂过程极易出现堵塞喷嘴的现象,浓度较小又容易出现液滴飞溅现象和咖啡环效应,因此为了得到光、电性能优良的导电薄膜,喷涂时应选择适当的长度和浓度,适当增加样品用量。当纳米银线长度为9.48μm,浓度为0.9 mg·mL-1,用量为2.3 mL时,导电薄膜平均方阻为93.5Ω/□,透光率为85%,方阻非均匀性因子为0.55。综合以上因素可见,迈耶棒法更容易获得高质量导电薄膜。(4)以纳米银线为导电组分,采用去离子水为溶剂,二甘醇为润湿剂,异丙醇为黏度和表面张力调节剂,配制喷墨纳米银线导电墨水。研究结果表明,当AgNWs分散液:去离子水:二甘醇:异丙醇=19.25:40:5:30时,墨水黏度为4.9 mP·s,表面张力为28 mN/m,墨水密度为1.1 g·cm-3,适用于喷印。采用microplot II喷墨印制纳米银线导电图案,但打印过程堵塞现象和线路起始端咖啡环效应严重,效果不佳,有待进一步完善。
Abstract
