论文摘要
传统翻译理论将翻译活动视为两种语言之间的转换,因而翻译研究一直以文本对照和语言分析为主要任务,忠实性原则一直是衡量翻译的最高标准,作为跨时空、跨语言、跨文化和跨学科的翻译活动,尤其是文学翻译活动,译者的创造性叛逆已成为翻译不可避免的本质特征之一。随着二十世纪七十年代后的“文化转向”,翻译研究突破了传统的美学或语言学的模式,上升为一种文化的反思。翻译研究的文化学派关注的不再是译作和原作的“对等”,而是采用描写性的研究方法对译作产生的社会、历史、文化背景以及译文对目的语文化的影响进行分析,从中揭示出在文化互渗的过程中不同文化交流时所产生的差异、碰撞和交流。本文正是在这些理论背景下以文化学派翻译观(主要是解构主义理论,多元系统理论,重写理论和操纵理论)为理论支撑,较为全面地介绍了历史上东西方中外学者对创造性叛逆的研究,试图从跨文化语境角度去阐释文学翻译中的创造性叛逆的必然性及其研究价值,并对翻译的主体性和创造性加以分析,以期对拓展和深化对于创造性叛逆及其文化研究领域影响的研究。
