作者孙根班(2019)在《磁性金属及合金/石墨烯复合纳米结构组装及其电磁性能》一文中研究指出:石墨烯因其比表面积大、导电导热性能优越、磁学和力学性质良好而成为一类极具发展潜力的二维材料,受到广泛关注。同时,磁性金属及合金纳米团簇由于其金属性和磁性而具有性能优越的电导性质和磁学性质,在微波吸收和屏蔽方面具有应用潜力,受到了研究者的青睐。众所周知,材料的组分构成、物相、形态和形貌与其性质相关。因此研究开发相对简捷的制备途径及普适的制备策略极为关键。本论文设计了一步液相法,在相似的反应体系中,一锅煮、简单高效地制备了具有优越电磁性能时系列石墨烯基复合纳米结构材料。研究内容主要集中在以金属有机盐为原料,低温溶液体系生成金属有机配合物中间体,于温和的条件下分解,合成了石墨烯纳米片层支撑和复合的磁性金属及合金纳米团簇吸波材料,对金属及合金纳米团簇的生成机理及其与石墨烯组装机理进行了详细地探究,对复合材料的成份、形貌、尺寸、物相结构与电磁波吸收性能之间的构效关系进行了深入地讨论,获得了吸波性能提升明显的全波段雷达波吸收材料。1.通过设计的溶液反应体系,采用低温热分解金属有机前驱体法控制合成了单分散的粒径约为3 nm的六方相金属Ni纳米团簇和立方相Ni二次球状纳米结构和花状二次纳米微球。通过微观表征可知,氧化石墨的还原是在金属Ni纳米团簇的生成过程中进行的,且石墨烯还原程度很高。通过结构表征可知石墨烯与Ni纳米团簇结合度非常高,且不存在单独的Ni纳米团簇和独立存在的石墨烯,说明石墨烯纳米片复合的Ni金属纳米团簇材料被成功合成。雷达波吸收测试可知,复合材料与相应的Ni单质纳米团簇相比,通过石墨烯纳米片复合,可以显著提升石墨烯纳米片复合的Ni金属纳米团簇(Ni/GN)的电磁波吸收性能。2.石墨烯纳米片层负载和复合的具有不同形貌和物相的Co纳米团簇可以采用Co金属有机前驱体低温液相分解途径合成。并可以通过改变反应体系的溶剂,控制反应温度,调控金属纳米团簇的尺寸、形貌和物相结构:平均粒径约为3 nm的六方相超细钴纳米颗粒和由粒径约为25 nm立方相钴纳米晶构筑的二次结构为花状的纳微结构。在Co纳米团簇的形成过程中,氧化石墨同时被还原为石墨烯,且还原程度高。电磁波吸收测试证实,六方相和立方相Co纳米团簇与石墨烯复合后,其电磁吸收性能均优于纯Co单质纳米结构材料,且由超细六方相钴纳米粒子与石墨烯复合后的电磁波吸收性能为最佳:在12 GHz频率达到最大吸收,最大吸收值为-48 dB,有效吸收频宽为9-14 GHz,该性能明显优于前人报道的结果。3.借助金属有机前驱体低温分解的途径制备了石墨烯复合的粒径约为20 nm的六方相CoNi合金纳米团簇;改变反应体系溶剂,制备了尺寸约为170nm的由粒径为20 nm立方相CoNi合金纳米团簇为组装单元的球状纳米二次结构;改变溶剂为油胺,在245℃下合成了六方相CoNi合金纳米团簇,其形貌为粒径约为120 nm的球状二次纳米球,构筑单元依然是20 nm的镍钴合金纳米粒子,并成功与石墨烯组装。此后又将该途径成功地拓展到具有单分散性质的铁镍合金纳米粒子,并实现与石墨烯组装。电磁性能测试可知,由油胺为溶剂制备的钴镍和铁镍石墨烯复合材料的电磁性能最佳,且所有复合体的电磁性能均优于单体铁镍合金纳米材料吸波性能。4.通过利用简单的溶剂热方法制备出不同组成的FeCo合金纳米团簇与石墨烯复合的电磁波吸收剂。采用改变金属有机前驱物的组成比从而可简便地获得不同比例组成的铁钴合金纳米团簇,且制备的纳米团簇具有单分散性质,其尺寸为10 nm左右。通过电磁性能测试,可知不同组分铁钴合金纳米团簇与石墨烯复合的电磁性能与铁钴的组成紧密关联。5.以石墨烯纳米片层为基底组装粒径为2.8 nm的铁酸锰纳米粒子和尺寸为6.8 nm的铁酸钴纳米晶能够通过“一锅法”完成,制备的纳米粒子具有单分散性质,且石墨烯还原程度与纳米晶复合程度较高。电磁性能测试证明,当厚度为2 mm时,MnFe204 GN纳米复合材料在11.4 GHz(中频段)的最大反射损耗为-31.5 dB;CoFe204/GN在7.1 GHz(中频段)的最大反射损耗为-22.5 dB。MnFe204和CoFe204纳米晶与石墨烯的复合纳米材料均表现出明显优于单体材料的吸波性能。
