从批评话语分析的角度看美国关于气候变化的新闻报道

论文摘要

批评话语分析是通过多维度、多学科交叉的方法对话语进行研究,旨在探讨和揭示语言所反映的意识形态、权利关系和不平等,主张在话语分析的过程中纳入社会-政治视角。新闻语篇是批评话语分析研究的热点领域之一。本文的研究最基本的目的在于进一步丰富对新闻报道语篇的批评性分析。为了达到此目的,本文旨在解决以下两个问题:（1）美国新闻报道中使用了哪些语言策略来报道气候变化?（2）在关于气候变化的新闻报道中美国媒体又隐藏了何种意识形态?本文采取了定性与定量分析相结合的方式,对美国媒体关于在印度尼西亚巴厘岛举行的“2007联合国气候变化会议”的报道进行分析。Fairclough的三维度分析模式和Halliday的系统功能语法构建了本文的理论框架。研究表明美国新闻媒体在对气候变化相关新闻进行报道时,暗含了从环境到经济方面的意识形态。
