从批评性语篇分析的角度分析财经语篇 ——以本·伯南克的财经评论为例

论文摘要

本文以伯南克的财经评论为例,对财经语篇这类被公认为最客观的文本进行语篇分析。本文基于语言和意识形态之间存在紧密的辨证关系,试从批评性语篇分析角度对其评论进行案例分析,目的在于揭示本·伯南克财经评论背后隐藏的意识形态。本文采用的是Fairclough的语篇分析三步骤:描述,阐释和说明。首先以Halliday的功能语法为工具就语篇的语言特征进行描述,然后联系语篇与语篇参与者之间的关系分析语篇的生成过程,最后从社会的角度联系相关的历史和语境说明社会因素与语篇之间的相互作用。在财经语篇中意识形态在不同层次都有体现。在经验功能方面,选择过程,采用名词化等,在人际功能方面,使用陈述句,情态动词,时态尤其是人称代词,以及在语篇功能方面的前景化,等等,这四篇财经评论的各种典型的语言特征都反映了意识形态。本文的研究将有助于提高学生批评性阅读文章的能力,培养学生的批评意识。
