作者周超,赵士杰(2019)在《碳纤维疏绞导线与牵引器过滑车试验及有限元分析研究》一文中研究指出:碳纤维导线复合芯棒轴向抗拉能力强,但径向抗弯、抗压能力较弱,因此在导线放线施工尤其是在过滑车过程中易发生损伤。对新设计的碳纤维扩径疏绞型导线与装配式牵引器过滑车兼容性展开了实验及有限元分析研究,分析与滑车保持30°包络角,导线一端受0. 3RTS(导线计算拉断力)下过滑车20次,导线所受应力及变形。试验及有限元分析结果证明:SKQT-530K装配式牵引器与530k630碳纤维复合芯导线过滑车兼容性状况良好可达到技术要求;碳纤维导线过滑车时应力集中主要发生在滑车与导线接触位置,最大应力由碳纤维复合芯棒承受,芯棒弯曲半径越小导线过滑车越易受到损伤;在30%RTS下与滑车保持30°包络角过滑车过程中导线所受应力大小与包络角成正比;分析结果也表明导线从内层梯形铝线到外层圆铝线所受应力从内到外逐层减小。
