作者袁国晓(2019)在《共轭聚合物基多臂星形嵌段共聚物的设计、合成及应用》一文中研究指出:共轭聚合物(CPs)作为重要的应用材料,在有机光电、发光二极管(LEDs)、薄膜晶体管和生物传感器等领域受到了广泛的关注。在众多共轭聚合物中,聚(3-烷基噻吩)(P3AT)作为一种p-型有机半导体,因其优异的溶液加工性、环境稳定性、高载流子迁移率和电化学性能而被广泛研究,其制备的聚合物膜和有机-无机复合材料在材料领域有广泛的应用前景。本文利用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)、格式置换法(GRIM)和“点击”化学反应制备了一系列基于β-环糊精的多臂星形嵌段共聚物(聚丙烯酸叔丁酯-b-聚(3-己基噻吩)(PtBA-b-P3HT)和聚丙烯酸-b-聚(3-己基噻吩)PAA-b-P3HT)),并研究了星形嵌段共聚物PtBA-b-P3HT的LB自组装行为及其光致发光性能;利用星形嵌段共聚物PAA-b-P3HT在溶液中形成的单分子胶束为纳米反应器,制备有机-无机纳米复合材料P3HT-CdSe。具体研究工作如下:(1)制备多臂星形嵌段共聚物PtBA-b-P3HT和PAA-b-P3HT利用ATRP、GRIM和“点击”化学反应制备了一系列基于β-环糊精的多臂星形嵌段共聚物PtBA-b-P3HT,并用三氟乙酸对PtBA嵌段上的叔丁基进行水解,得到两亲性星形嵌段共聚物PAA-b-P3HT。利用1H-NMR、FT-IR和GPC等方法对其进行表征。结果表明,通过控制ATRP的反应时间可以得到不同分子量的聚丙烯酸叔丁酯(PtBA),同时决定了聚丙烯酸(PAA)的分子量,最终得到一系列分子量分布较窄的多臂星形嵌段共聚物(PDI<1.2)。(2)多臂星形嵌段共聚物PtBA-b-P3HT的LB自组装研究通过在空气/水界面的自组装,星形嵌段共聚物PtBA-b-P3HT可以很容易形成网状结构。这种方法成功地将无序状的共聚物链从液相转移到固相,极大地提高了光致发光(PL)效率。通过AFM和TEM观察了自组装过程的形貌演变,并提出了一种新的模型来说明网状结构形成的机理。(3)以多臂星形嵌段共聚物PAA-b-P3HT为纳米反应器制备有机-无机纳米复合材料P3HT-CdSe利用合成的两亲性星形嵌段共聚物PAA-b-P3HT制备单分子胶束,以此作为纳米反应器,利用PAA嵌段上的羧基与前驱体Cd(acac)2和NaHSe之间配位作用,进行原位反应,得到有机-无机纳米复合材料P3HT-CdSe。通过AFM、TEM、XRD、EDS和吸收光谱等测试方法对单分子胶束和有机-无机纳米复合材料P3HT-CdSe进行表征。结果表明,制备的CdSe纳米颗粒的尺寸均一,并随着PAA嵌段分子量的增加,得到的CdSe纳米颗粒的直径也随之增加;由于内部PAA嵌段与外部P3HT链通过共价键连接,因此,共轭聚合物P3HT链能够稳定的包覆在CdSe纳米颗粒表面上。
