作者张春红,霍军生,陈晨,孙静,黄建(2019)在《从血液和唾液中自动化提取人体DNA的探索和应用》一文中研究指出:目的从样本获取方式、储存条件和DNA提取方法等方面探索快速有效、低成本、无创伤、适合于大规模流行病学研究的基因组DNA提取方法。方法对来源于血液和唾液的各种样本DNA提取方法进行优化,并采用大量的样本验证不同方法提取唾液基因组DNA的稳定性。随机抽取两份质检合格的DNA,采用二代测序技术对MTHFR C677T基因多态性位点分型检测。结果带有分离胶的血细胞样本提取到的合格的DNA仅占全部样本的30
