合作学习理论指导下的模拟会议同声传译实践

在国际交流日益频繁的今天,同声传译在外事活动中具有重要作用。同声传译人才被列为21世纪紧缺人才,中国优秀的同声传译人才仅有几十人,且集中在北京上海等大都市。同声传译人才的短缺引起了国内教育专家及各大高校的重视,目前多所高校已开设同声传译课程,并尝试通过其他有效途径进行同声传译人才培养。同声传译人才需要具备过硬的综合素质,扎实的口译基本功是基本条件,同时需要具备良好的心理素质和人际沟通能力。因此,同声传译训练不仅应着眼于口译技巧的贯通,同时应注重提高译员的综合素质。合作学习理论作为一种创新而又有实效的教学方法,广泛应用于英语课堂教学。合作学习理论的内涵可概括为:以学习小组为基本形式,共同完成任务,利用组内和组间各动态因素之间的互动促进学习,以小组成绩和个人进步为评价标准,实现教学及学习目标。合作学习理论的基本模式包括以下几方面的内容:合理分组;制定学习目标及任务;合作学习,结合教师指导,完成任务;最后由教师根据各小组学习任务的完成情况和学习效果进行综合评价,从而使全体学生对此课题形成深入的认识,达到共同目标。合作学习模式指的是,学生在明确目标的指引下,充分调动主动性,共享知识资源,分享学习心得和学习方法,积极吸取和借鉴别人的先进经验,充分发挥个人和集体的力量,优势互补,达到共同学习、共同进步的目的。针对同声传译的特殊性,合作学习理论同样适用于同声传译训练。同声传译主要应用于国际会议,因此,模拟会议是一个有效的同传训练平台。从会议的组织筹备到会议进行时的同传实战,需要学生进行角色扮演和角色转换,并以团队利益为基础顺利完成同传任务。在整个过程中,每个学生各尽其职,齐心协力,资源共享,实现优势互补、共同学习、共同进步。以会议的形式进行同传实践,更能营造口译实践的真实气氛,提高学生的心理素质,锻炼专业技巧及实战能力,积累口译经验。除了在同声传译方面的显著效果,组织一次大型模拟会议也能大大提高学生的组织能力,解决问题及人际沟通的能力。本文将探讨如何在合作学习理论的指导下充分利用模拟会议提高同声传译的训练效果。文章共分五部分。第一部分简要介绍中国同声传译市场及同声传译教学与训练的现状;第二部分主要分析合作学习理论及同声传译理论概况;第三部分和第四部分重点介绍合作学习理论指导下的模拟会议同传实践,第三部分提供理论框架,第四部分从实践的角度给出案例分析,具体分析了训练的步骤和实施。最后一章是总结篇,概括了整篇文章的中心内容,指出了本文研究的不足之处,并为将来同声传译训练研究提出了建议。
