论文摘要
教师实践性知识是指教师在具体的日常教育教学实践情境中,通过体验、沉思、感悟等方式,发现和洞察自身的实践和经验之中的意蕴,并融合自身的生活经验以及个人所赋予的经验意义,逐渐积累而成的运用于教育教学实践中的知识。本文采用个案研究,对一位拥有五年教学经验的初中英语教师进行有声思维访谈并对访谈内容进行转录。目的是通过对有经验教师在处理教材过程中实践性知识运用情况的分析,以期对新任职的教师的培训有一定的启发。作者通过对访谈内容的分析归纳出教师在备课过程中处理听说课、阅读课和复习课的方法,并发现在三种课型中教师都用到了实践性知识中教师自身的知识、课标知识、教学设计知识、对学生的知识和英语语言知识。教师在教学中以学生为中心,通过运用教学设计的知识来唤起学生的学习兴趣。通过本次研究作者发现对一线经验丰富教师的研究非常重要,因为他们不仅是知识的传播者,而且是拥有理论和实践知识的教学专家。本研究仅仅是今后对大量一线教师进行研究的一个开端,希望对今后教师发展的研究有一些启发和帮助。
