本实验主要研究鹿茸多肽-PLGA 复合膜对吻合后的鸡趾鞘管区屈肌腱愈合和粘连的影响。将健康家鸡48 只,雌雄各半随机分成4 组,每组12 只。A 组为对照组,B 组为PLGA 膜组,C 组为低剂量VAP/PLGA 膜组,D 组为高剂量VAP/PLGA 膜组。将家鸡左足三、四趾趾浅屈肌腱切除,横断趾深屈肌腱,作改良Kessler 法缝合,其中B、C 和D 组分别在吻合处包裹PLGA 膜、低剂量VAP/PLGA 复合膜和高剂量VAP/PLGA 复合膜。术后2、3、4 周取材,分别进行大体观察,组织学检查和生物力学测定。结果显示:4 组肌腱除A 组外,粘连程度无明显差异,A 组粘连较严重。C、D 组肌腱断裂张力与A、B 相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。本实验证实局部应用鹿茸多肽-PLGA 复合膜能减轻肌腱术后粘连,并能促进肌腱愈合,因此鹿茸多肽-PLGA 复合膜是一种较理想的促进肌腱愈合、防止肌腱粘连的可降解材料。
