情感因素在职校外语学习中的影响及应对策略

论文摘要

当前,职校学生的英语教学变得越来越难,因为他们自控能力差,课堂秩序混乱,而且在逐渐地失去英语学习的兴趣。通常到毕业时,他们的英语学习能力仍然非常薄弱以至于很难适应今后的就业需求。原因之一就是传统的教学方法似乎对他们没有什么效果,而且,长期以来,我们的英语教学只注重大纲而忽视了学习者的特征,这不仅影响英语教学的质量,而且限制了情感的健康开发。本文以马斯洛的人本主义教学观和克拉申的情感过滤假说为基础,探讨兴趣、自信、动机等情感因素对职校生英语学习的激励作用。其创新点在于改变传统的按照大纲要求的教学内容的顺序授课的方法,通过对教材语篇章节有计划、有目的的调整、重组和排序,将与学生生活息息相关、能引起学生共鸣的内容分阶段地贯穿于整个教学过程中,以此吸引学生的兴趣和关注,提高学生的参与和合作意识,通过实施有效的教学策略,增进与学生的情感交流,来激发他们内在的学习动机,帮助他们获得积极的情感体验,同时加强学生基本的语言知识和能力,改善职业学校的英语教学效果,以满足他们今后的就业需求。
