商务英语口语培训课程设计 ——基于唐山不锈钢有限责任公司员工英语口语培训课程的研究

论文摘要

随着我国经济发展和开放程度的加深,我国参与国际经济活动越来越频繁,英语作为国际上的通用语言与我们的生活越来越密切。商务英语研究在我国方兴未艾,同时各种事业企业单位也在不断摸索商务英语培训的模式。商务英语课程目前在高校被广泛开展起来,商务英语口语课程不断得到重视,也有不少教育工作者在研究这方面的课题。但是关于企业商务英语口语培训课程设计方面的研究并不多。当今很多企业培训未考虑到本企业员工的学习特点和需求,课程照搬学历教育或其他企业培训课程设计模式,而收效甚微。本文将以唐山市不锈钢有限责任公司英语口语培训班为研究对象,用问卷调查和企业访谈的形式对学习需求和企业培训目标进行调查和分析,依据ESP教育理论,设计出一套较为完整的,针对此培训项目的课程体系。研究成果在于其为培训课程提供了完整详细的课程大纲,提出了以增强学员英语听说为主的学习目标和要求,并提供了对此课程具有针对性的教材选择及教学方法的建议。此课程设计结合了商务英语和英语口语教学的特点,充分考虑企业目标和学习者的学习需求,因此是一套较有针对性的,符合学员学习需求的课程设计方案。此研究是一次把ESP和外语教学等理论与企业培训实践相结合的有益尝试,同时它也为其他企业英语培训课程的设计提供一种参考模式。
