作者张作良(2019)在《不同倾角和贯穿程度下裂隙类岩石强度及蠕变特性试验研究》一文中研究指出:自然界中的岩体在经受了各种地质作用后都存在一些深浅不一、形状各异的裂隙,而像大坝基岩、高陡边坡岩体以及核废料处置库等大型工程岩体中也含有许多杂乱无章的裂隙,这些岩体裂隙的存在会影响岩体的强度、蠕变特性以及长期稳定性,进而使岩体产生变形、失稳和破坏,给安全生产建设和人民生活带来不可预估的后果;因此,开展不同倾角和贯穿程度下裂隙类岩石强度及蠕变特性试验研究具有重要的意义。本文基于导师国家自然科学基金项目“深层软岩体流变、蠕变、固流转化统一理论及控制技术的研究”(51674149)和“多场耦合深部软岩固流转化理论及能耗规律的研究”(51374134),采用室内试验研究和数值模拟相结合的研究方法,对以水泥、河砂相似材料做成的标准圆柱形类岩石试件进行单、三轴压缩和蠕变试验,分析了裂隙类岩石试件在不同倾角和贯穿程度下的变形特性、强度特性、破坏形式、裂纹扩展规律以及蠕变特性,并根据单、三轴条件下室内蠕变试验结果选取相符合的蠕变本构模型,利用Origin软件与试验数据拟合得出蠕变方程的参数,并利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行模型试件蠕变模拟,进行与室内蠕变试验同等条件下的数值模拟研究。本文主要的研究工作和内容如下:(1)标准圆柱形类岩石试件的制备。试验准备阶段,在大量阅读国内外相关文献并梳理和总结前人研究成果的基础上,根据相似材料的选择原则选取水泥和河砂作为软岩相似材料,并利用相似三定理验证以水泥、河砂和水制作标准圆柱形类岩石试件的可行性,最后用单裂隙试件模具制备出不同倾角和贯穿程度的裂隙试件并为其编号。(2)在单、三轴压缩条件下,裂隙倾角和贯穿程度对单裂隙类岩石强度、变形及破坏特性影响的研究。通过对制备的单裂隙类岩石试件进行单、三轴压缩试验,分析了应力-应变全程曲线、峰值强度、弹性模量及其试件破坏模式随裂隙倾角和贯穿变化的规律,并对比分析了单、三轴压缩条件下各力学参数随倾角和贯穿变化的差异,发现裂隙倾角和贯穿对类岩石试件力学参数的影响比较显著,但两者对峰值强度和弹性模量以及破坏模式的影响并不等同。最后,根据单、三轴峰值强度及压缩试验条件并利用Excel软件作出相应的莫尔应力圆,结合莫尔-库伦公式求解出各倾角-贯穿组合试件的内摩擦角?和内聚力C。(3)在单、三轴蠕变作用后再压缩条件下,裂隙倾角和贯穿程度对试件力学参数影响的研究。通过对各倾角-贯穿组合试件进行单、三轴蠕变试验后再进行单轴压缩试验,分析了中低应力水平作用下的蠕变行为对试件力学参数影响的规律,发现低应力水平下单轴蠕变行为在峰值强度方面对小倾角试件起劣化作用,对大倾角试件起强化作用,且中低应力水平下的单、三轴蠕变行为对峰值强度、弹性模量以及裂纹扩展规律的影响不一样。(4)在单、三轴蠕变试验条件下,裂隙倾角和贯穿程度对单裂隙类岩石蠕变规律研究。首先分析了经典蠕变时间曲线,研究和推导了蠕变分析常用实验法的经验公式和模型法的组合方式以及多种复杂模型的蠕变方程,其次讨论了直接试验和参数反演两种模型参数确定方法。最后通过对各倾角-贯穿组合试件进行分级加载的单、三轴蠕变试验,发现倾角和贯穿对单轴稳态蠕变率的影响规律比较简单,在讨论倾角对单轴稳态蠕变率的影响时,倾角起主导作用,贯穿的影响可忽略不计,即在25%、50%、75%和100%贯穿下,单轴稳态蠕变率均是随着裂隙倾角的增大而减小。而在讨论贯穿对单轴稳态蠕变率的影响时,贯穿起主导作用,倾角的影响比较微弱,即各倾角试件的单轴稳态蠕变率均是随着贯穿程度的增加出现了先增大后减小再增大的趋势。与单轴稳态蠕变率变化影响不同,裂隙倾角和贯穿程度对三轴稳态蠕变率的影响比较显著且复杂。(5)单裂隙类岩石单、三轴蠕变试验曲线拟合与数值模拟分析。利用Origin数据处理软件对试验数据进行拟合,验证了蠕变经验公式模拟岩石蠕变的可行性,发现幂函数型经验公式()=(6+(7((8)对衰减蠕变和稳态蠕变阶段的吻合性良好,是比较理想的蠕变曲线拟合模型。选取合适的蠕变方程利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行数值模拟研究,分析了各倾角-贯穿组合试件位移、应力以及蠕变的分布规律,发现蠕变作用下应力集中和大位移区域都分布在裂纹尖端附近,与单、三轴压缩试验条件下试件破坏模式和裂纹萌生、扩展规律基本吻合,说明缺陷区域容易发生应力集中和大变形,是岩土工程掘进和支护中应该关注的重点区域。同时,数值模拟结果与室内模型试验结果相互吻合,证实了类岩石模型试验和ANSYS数值模拟的可行性和正确性,这对复杂条件下岩土工程的设计、施工和支护具有一定的指导意义。
