作者代丽涛（2019）在《我国农村水污染防治法律问题研究》一文中研究指出：With the rapid development of social economy and the steady progress of urbanization construction in our country,the problem of the rural water pollution is more and more serious in our country,the development of rural economy and rural water environment deterioration is in stark contrast,not only seriously affected our country citizen’s health and life safety but also affect the smooth development of the our country economy and ecological civilization construction,at the same time also revealed in the process of rural water pollution governance in our country still faces many challenges and problems.At present,China’s rural water pollution prevention and control has achieved some results,but China’s existing rural water pollution prevention and control legal system is not perfect.Therefore,under the situation of serious pollution of rural water resources in China,it is very necessary and urgent to establish and improve the legal system of prevention and control of rural water pollution in China to fully guarantee the water safety of Chinese citizens and protect rural water resources from pollution.Backward rural water pollution prevention and control of relevant legal system in our country,our country rural water pollution prevention law enforcement and judicial weak our country’s current economic development in the new era under the background of the current situation of rural water pollution prevention and control in our country,our country rural water pollution prevention and control work mainly includes:legal problems in China’s rural water pollution prevention law system is not perfect,backward rural water pollution prevention and control of relevant legal systems of our country,our country rural water pollution prevention law enforcement,lack of water pollution prevention and control of the judicial four problems in the rural areas.In addition,this paper analyzes the legal prevention and control of rural water pollution in the three developed countries of the United States,Japan,and the United Kingdom,as well as legislative practice,sums up the formulation of specific and operability of water environmental standards,appropriately increases the intensity of environmental violations,and increases The public can participate in the prevention and control of rural water pollution in three aspects to learn from the experience and enlightenment,and improve China’s rural water pollution prevention and control legal system,improve China’s rural water pollution prevention and control legal system,improve China’s rural water pollution prevention and control level,improve China Four aspects of rural water pollution prevention and control judicial level to explore and improve the construction of China’s rural water pollution prevention and control legal system.Only a sound legal system for rural water pollution prevention and control can effectively solve the legal problems in the process of rural water pollution prevention and control in China,and provide protection for rural water pollution that has been protected from pollution in China’s existing rural water resources.
Abstract
