计算机辅助语言学习对听力理解影响的研究

论文摘要

本文旨在阐述多媒体听力学习对英语听力理解的影响。为了考察学习者在使用多媒体听力材料(材料选自DynED学习课件)出现听不懂的情况时,选择使用功能键——字幕键或文本信息键的情况,调查学习者使用这两个功能键进行英语听力学习的态度以及学习者对多媒体学习方式的态度,笔者对安阳工学院英语专业的60名大一学生进行了实验研究。对60名学生的实验研究表明,在利用多媒体听力材料进行英语听力学习过程中,当学生遇到听力障碍而选择辅助功能键时,有以下情形出现:(1)字幕键在使用频率和时间上都优于文本信息键。(2)大多数学生倾向于使用字幕键,包括30名学生直接选用字幕键,24名学生使用文本信息键后,改使用字幕键。(3)英语水平高的学生在使用字幕键时,无论在频率上还是时间上都优于英语水平低的学生。(4)80%的学生认为这种多媒体学习方式对提高英语听力理解有很大帮助,他们喜欢并认可这种学习模式。这项研究论证了多媒体听力材料对加强学生听力理解学习的促进作用,为教师利用多媒体听力材料提高听力教学质量提供了依据。同时也为外语学习者利用多媒体学习材料提高听力理解总结了经验。
