图示理论指导下的大专英语听力教学研究

听力教学是英语教学过程中的重要环节,而且学生在听力方面的能力直接会影响学生的口语和交际能力。但是现阶段,在大专英语教学过程中英语听力仍然不被重视。很多学校对非英语专业的学生根本没开过听力课,即使有的学校有听力课,也是采用非常传统和固定的教学模式,造成了听力学习过程中学生的被动性。传统的大专英语听力课是以教师为中心的,很多教师只是让学生做大量的听力练习,而不去加以引导和提示,只扮演了放录音的角色。在听力过程中,学生得不到任何文化背景知识的灌输,也不能掌握好的听力技巧,只是被动地接受所听内容。这就导致了听力课堂的低效,也使学生感觉听力很难,从而影响了听力学习的兴趣。事实上,听力学习是有很多策略的,而且听力理解是一种积极主动的过程,本身就具有很大的技巧性,在听的过程中学生应该积极主动地利用已有背景文化知识和学习策略带着目的去理解听力内容,所谓已有的背景知识包括听者以前习得的语言知识,生活常识,社会知识,文化知识等。在听力过程中,教师应帮助学生激活背景知识,并不断构建新的背景图示,利用他们理解听到的信息。听力理解是听者已有图示和输入信息相互作用的过程,学生对听到的新信息是否理解主要取决于是否激活了相关的背景图示。实践证明图示理论指导下的听力教学是高效的,不仅激发了学生听英语的兴趣,也提高了他们的听力水平,所以听力教学中,教师应该以图示理论为指导方法,改变传统教学模式,从而培养学生的听力技巧。本论文一共五章:第一章介绍了图示理论的研究背景和本论文的研究目的。第二章文献综述,阐述了图示理论的概念,分类,三种模式及其与英语听力教学的关系。第三章:实验设计,是对论文实验过程的总体规划。第四章:实验步骤,结论和数据分析。笔者把图示理论运用到实际的听力教学中,目的是证明图示理论指导下的听力教学是高效的。作者使用SPSS对实验结果进行分析并讨论。第五章为本论文的结论,笔者归纳了主要的调查结果,意在说明实验证实了图示理论指导听力教学的可行性和有效性,从中受到了启示,同时阐述了本论文的局限性。
