星基定位系统,特别是GPS(Global Positioning System),在军用和民用领域被广泛应用于定位、导航以及其他与位置有关的服务。但是,GPS信号在用户端是非常微弱并极易被干扰的。因此,GPS系统性能经常因为某些有意或者无意的干扰,而受到严重影响。所以,提高GPS系统定位的准确性、稳健性、可靠性是长久以来都存在的需求。在学界和业界最近的研究中,运用自适应天线阵列的GPS抗干扰技术被广泛关注,各种自适应阵列算法相继被提出。但是总的来说,这些算法都存在一个抗干扰性能和计算复杂度之间的取舍。本文主要针对GPS抗干扰问题,研究了基于自适应阵列的信号处理算法。作者对两种基本的算法,SMI(Sample Matrix Inversion)和RLS(Recursive LeastSquares)算法,在不同干扰数目、功率、到达角情况下的性能做了深入研究。同时,还提出了一种基于正则化原理的稳健RLS算法(R-RLS,Robust RecursiveLeast Squares)。仿真显示,R-RLS算法相较于传统RLS算法获得了更高的SINR,更深的零陷,更快的收敛速度。进一步地,还完成了基于Matlab的GPS链路仿真,验证了R-RLS算法的性能。仿真中,R-RLS算法成功抑制了干扰,期望GPS信号也被GPS接收机的捕获模块成功捕获。同时,R-RLS算法还在真实的GPS场景下进行了实验。实验中,干扰同样被成功抑制,GPS信号也得到了捕获。
