作者李海军(2019)在《红柳林煤矿浅埋煤层群开采覆岩导水裂隙带发育规律研究》一文中研究指出:陕北侏罗纪煤田赋存丰富的浅埋煤层,随着煤炭资源的消耗,神南矿区各矿逐步进入煤层群下煤层开采,煤层群开采顶板矿压、漏风、突水、地表损害等问题凸显。覆岩垮落和裂隙发育规律是安全绿色开采的基础,亟待研究。论文针对红柳林煤矿4-2煤(上煤层)与5-2煤浅埋煤层群开采条件,通过现场实测、物理模拟、数值计算和理论分析,研究了红柳林煤矿浅埋煤层群覆岩导水裂隙带发育规律。理论分析得出,导水裂隙带的发育高度受覆岩关键层的制约,与关键层的抗拉强度、软岩层的抗应变能力、岩层下部的自由空间高度和工作面的推进距离有关,采用关键层理论对关键层进行判定,分析了不同岩层的极限垮距,给出导水裂隙带高度的预计公式。通过现场施工导水裂隙带观测钻孔SK1和SK2钻孔,采用多种现场测试手段实测覆岩垮落高度。结果表明,4-2煤层开采后,裂隙在基岩段和土层段均有发育,根据SK1钻孔观测,冒落带高度为16.40m,冒采比为5.7;根据SK2钻孔观测,冒落带高度为15.50m,冒采比为5.4,4-2煤层的平均冒采比为5.5。现场实测得出4-2煤层工作面初次来压步距为5560m,平均周期来压步距16.13m,基本顶的周期来压强度3541.7MPa;5-2煤层工作面初次来压步距为6368m;平均周期来压步距14.03m,基本顶平均周期来压强度28.546.4MPa,下煤层工作面的来压步距有所减小,来压强度差异增大。物理相似模拟和数值计算得出的覆岩垮落规律与现场实测基本吻合。研究表明,4-2煤层工作面顶板冒落带高度为14.515.8m,是采高的5.055.5倍;覆岩稳定后裂隙带高度91m,为采高的31.7倍。5-2煤层工作面顶板冒落带高度为26.4m,为采高的4.4倍;裂隙发育高度到达地表,约为采高的31.7倍。通过研究,掌握了煤层群开采的覆岩垮落规律,得出了导水裂隙带发育高度,为红柳林煤矿煤层群高效绿色开采提供了理论依据。
