论文摘要
目的:通过对舌癌复发部分相关因素进行分析和研究,找出其中关系最为密切者,为舌癌治疗方法的选择、复发的预防以及预后的评估提供一定的参考价值。 方法:对203例舌癌患者的病程、生长方式、肿瘤表面最大直径、生长部位、浸润深度、病理分级、TNM分期以及治疗手段等资料进行单因素及多因素统计分析,进一步探讨舌癌复发的相关因素。同时对复发时间等指标进行统计。 结果:在本组203例舌癌患者中有73例复发,复发率为36.0%。其中原位复发47例,颈部复发26例。 单因素统计分析显示:病程>6个月,肿瘤表面最大直径>3cm,生长方式为浸润型,浸润深度>3mm,临床T3、T4期以及非N0期的舌癌患者复发率较其它患者明显增高（P<0.01）。临床触及淋巴结肿大以及术后证实已有颈部淋巴结转移的患者术后颈部复发的几率明显增高（P<0.01）。 多因素统计分析显示:舌癌复发与病程、肿瘤表面最大直径及浸润深度密切相关（P<0.01）。 患者发生复发的时间集中在手术后两年内,平均复发时间为14个月。 结论:舌癌复发与病程、肿瘤表面最大直径、浸润深度密切相关。
