作者王美茹(2019)在《氨水和氢氧化钠污染粉土对X80钢的腐蚀试验研究》一文中研究指出:本文通过室内模拟试验,主要采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS),极化曲线(PC)和扫描电镜等主要测试和研究手段,研究了氢氧化钠和氨水两种碱性污染粉土对X80钢的腐蚀行为,揭示了其腐蚀机理。通过X80钢的电化学阻抗谱(EIS)测试分析得到:在氨水污染粉土中X80钢腐蚀规律为:在测试通电01h时,随着浓度的增加低频段容抗弧半径逐渐减小;在324h,随浓度的增加,容抗弧半径逐渐增大;介质电阻Rs和电荷转移电阻Rct随氨水浓度的增加,总体呈现减小的趋势;电荷转移电阻Rct随通电腐蚀时间的增加总体呈现减小的趋势。在氢氧化钠污染粉土中的X80钢,在同一通电时间下,随氢氧化钠浓度的增加,低频段容抗弧半径逐渐减小;介质电阻Rs和电荷转移电阻Rct随氨水浓度的增加,总体呈现减小的趋势;电荷转移电阻Rct随通电腐蚀时间的增加总体呈现减小的趋势。由氨水污染粉土中X80钢的极化曲线(PC)测试可分析得出:极化曲线随着浓度的增加右移,在较高浓度时逐渐呈现随浓度增加左移的现象。拟合结果显示,随着腐蚀时间的增加,在低浓度时腐蚀速率逐渐加快,在高浓度时腐蚀速率在小范围内波动且小幅上升;由氢氧化钠污染土中X80钢的极化曲线测试分析可知,随着通电腐蚀时间的增加,在低浓度(0.5%)时极化曲线呈现右移的趋势,在较高浓度(0.7%)时极化曲线重合率较高,在1%时,通电腐蚀124h时呈现左移趋势;拟合结果显示,随着氢氧化钠浓度的增加,腐蚀速率总体呈现逐渐增大的规律。由X80钢的腐蚀宏微观图像可得出:在未污染土中X80钢的腐蚀面积较大,腐蚀产物堆积较厚,但不致密;在浓度为0.5%和0.7%的氨水污染土中,腐蚀产物面积较未污染土减小,腐蚀斑腐蚀程度不均匀,0.7%时仅有腐蚀斑中个别点出现较多松散的腐蚀产物,且出现裂纹;在浓度为1%的氨水污染粉土中埋置的X80钢腐蚀面积较小,但在腐蚀斑上腐蚀均匀且腐蚀产物致密,未出现脱落和突起现象。在浓度为0.5%的氢氧化钠污染土中,腐蚀坑相对较小,腐蚀产物较薄;0.7%时腐蚀坑更大,颜色更深,腐蚀产物堆积较多,但表面出现大量裂缝,不致密,没有明显的脱落迹象;在浓度为1%时,腐蚀产物较之前堆积更厚,且致密、平整,个别点出现轻微脱落、松散迹象。对两种碱性污染土进行对比分析可知:氨水污染土中的阻抗容抗弧半径大于氢氧化钠污染土中的阻抗容抗弧。氢氧化钠污染粉土中X80钢试件的极化曲线较氨水污染粉土中X80钢的极化曲线右移,氨水污染粉土对X80钢的腐蚀速率更快;在0.5%浓度时,腐蚀初期呈现与上述相同的规律,但当通电腐蚀时间不断增加时,两种污染物的阻抗谱半径逐渐接近于重合,极化曲线同样逐渐靠近直至重合。即在浓度为0.5%时,经过一段时间的通电腐蚀,氨水和氢氧化钠对X80钢的腐蚀速率基本保持一致。
