蓼属(Polygonum)是蓼科中的药用大属,全世界大约200多种。我国约有120种,其中81种供药用,分布于全国各地,大多具有清热解毒、散结消肿、活血止痛、顺气解痉、收敛止泻、通经利尿等功效。从上世纪80年代开始,蓼属植物的化学成分及药理作用研究,逐渐受到人们的关注。研究发现,蓼属植物主要有黄酮类化合物、蒽醌及其衍生物、二苯乙烯类化合物、糖酯类化合物、木脂素类化合物、甾体以及其它类型的化合物。药理研究表明,本属植物大多数种具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、降脂、降压等生物活性。支柱蓼为民间常用药,但该植物的化学/活性成分研究报道较少,因此我们对该植物进行了较为系统的化学成分研究,以期明确其化学/活性成分。运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺柱层析、凝胶柱层析以及大孔吸附树脂柱层析、重结晶等分离纯化方法,同时配合硅胶和聚酰胺薄层层析跟踪分析,从支柱蓼乙醇提取物中分离得到11个化合物,并运用核磁共振波谱、质谱与对照品对照的方法鉴定了其中10个化合物的结构,分别为:neohop-13(18)-en-3β-ol(PSE-C1)、neohop-13(18)-en-3β-yl acetat(ePSE-C2a)、hop-17(21)-en-3β-yl acetate(PSE-C2b)、gallic acid(PSE-C3)、sitosterol(PSE-C4)、dauosterol(PSE-C5)、epifriedelinol(PSE-C7)、friedelin(PSE-C8)、neochlorogenic acid n-butyl ester(PSB50-C1)、myricetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(PSB50-C2)。以上10个化合物中除gallic acid(PSE-C3)外均为首次从支柱蓼中分离得到,其中PSE-C1、PSE-C2a、PSE-C2b、PSB50-C1、PSB50-C2系首次从该属植物中分离得到,PSE-C2a为新的天然产物。本论文还对近二十年来国内外蓼属植物化学成分和生物活性研究进行了综述。
