随着全球化的飞速发展,中国日益成为世界不可分割的一部分。特别是在全球金融危机过后,人们更加瞩目中国。许多外国企业寻求在华发展,许多外国人在中国工作和生活,同时越来越多的中国企业推行“走出去”战略。伴随繁荣与发展,我们也看到越来越多的涉外案件。这种情况引起语言学家和法律从业者的关注。法律英语翻译方兴未艾。?然而,作为一个刚刚兴起的学科,法律语言学也仅仅是上世纪八十年代才开始发展。而法律英语翻译领域也存在诸多问题。因此,总结该学科已经做出的成绩,法律语言存在的特点,以及哪种翻译理论适合指导法律英语翻译已经成为亟待解决的问题。?本论文重点分析了奈达功能对等理论以及法律语言的特点,经过仔细的分析探讨,认为功能对等理论可以用来指导法律英语翻译实践,可以用来保证法律语言翻译实现语义对等,语篇对等以及风格的对等。?
