作者李响珍(2019)在《水稻发芽期亚干旱对苗期、孕穗期与开花期耐冷性的影响》一文中研究指出:为探讨水稻发芽期亚干旱预处理对苗期、孕穗期与开花期耐冷性的影响,以增进对水稻耐冷性的认识并为水稻的耐冷栽培提供参考,以水稻中花11号、巴西旱稻、Y两优1号及9311为材料,在它们的发芽期以15%的PEG6000作为模拟亚干旱预处理(试验组),然后,在它们的苗期、孕穗期及开花期,在人工气候箱中对它们进行冷处理,比较分析了发芽期亚干旱预处理组与发芽期非亚干旱预处理组(对照组)间在秧苗存活率、相对电导率、叶片相对含水量与失水率、光合色素含量、Rubisco活力、光合气体交换参数、花粉育性、结实率等指标差异。得到如下结果:1、发芽期亚干旱预处理,苗期5℃冷处理4天,恢复生长7天后,中花11号、巴西旱稻、Y两优1号及9311秧苗成活率分别为92%、25%、54%、2%,而发芽期未进行亚干旱预处理的对照组秧苗成活率分别为90%、8%、38%、1%。2、发芽期亚干旱预处理组与对照组幼苗生长势差异显著,株高增加16.35%-26.68%;根长增加7.11%-19.18%,其中Y两优1号与9311增幅显著。3、发芽期亚干旱预处理,苗期冷处理4天并恢复3天后测量,中花11号、巴西旱稻、Y两优1号幼苗叶片相对电导率显著低于对照组,9311无明显差异;除巴西旱稻外,其余3个水稻品种脯氨酸含量明显高于对照组。4、发芽期亚干旱预处理,苗期冷处理4天并恢复3天后测量,Y两优1号与9311秧苗叶片相对含水量显著高于对照组,其他材料差异不显著;9311秧苗叶片失水率显著低于对照组,其他材料差异不显著。5、发芽期亚干旱预处理,苗期冷处理4天并恢复3天后测量,所有材料幼苗叶绿素含量均高于对照组,其中中花11号增幅最大。除巴西旱稻类胡萝卜素含量低于对照组外,其他材料均高于对照组。6、发芽期亚干旱预处理,孕穗期18℃(光期,12h)/16℃(暗期,12h)冷处理7天后,3个供试的材料中,巴西旱稻与Y两优1号的花粉育性明显高于对照组,而中花11号与对照组差异不明显;巴西旱稻的结实率也显著高于对照组,而Y两优1号和中花11号和其对照组差异不明显;光合色素、光合气体交换参数等生理指标在两组间差异不显著。7、发芽期亚干旱预处理,开花期18℃(光期,12h)/16℃(暗期,12h)冷处理7天后,2个供试的材料中,巴西旱稻的结实率显著高于对照组,而中花11号和其对照组差异不明显;光合色素、光合气体交换参数等生理指标在两组间差异不显著。上述初步结果表明:发芽期亚干旱能明显增强苗期耐冷性并促进幼苗生长;发芽期亚干旱对孕穗期和开花期的耐冷性也有一定影响,但因材料不同而异。
