作者郭丰杰(2019)在《主副双刀机械刻划刀具的位姿检测与试验》一文中研究指出:主副双刀机械刻划技术是利用两把同型号刻刀形成错刃相对空间位姿关系对衍射光栅精确成槽的新方法,有效抑制了光栅刻槽过程中槽面的弹塑性回弹变形和侧向塑性隆起,并延长了主刻刀的使用寿命;然而传统试刻法刀具位姿调控方式不能满足双刀相对位姿检测的精度要求,是制约该技术进一步发展的重要因素之一。因此,探究高精度新型刀具位姿检测方法,对于提高主副双刀错刃机械刻槽成形精度,保证衍射光栅制备质量具有重要的意义。本文将基于激光衍射测量技术对主副双刀机械刻划刀具在刻划坐标系中的位姿进行检测。首先,建立了刀具坐标系与刻划坐标系,推导出主副双刀相对位置坐标公式;进而又深入研究了矩形孔、直角三角形孔夫琅禾费远场衍射理论,并基于刀具姿态角狭缝衍射条纹信息,建立了激光衍射测量技术刀具姿态角检测模型(正演求解);介绍了刀具残余压痕/划痕显微图像检测技术刀具姿态角计算方法(反演求解),以验证本论文提出的激光衍射测量技术刀具位姿检测方法的可行性与精准性。其次,依据激光衍射法搭建了刀具位姿检测装置试验样机,标定了检测精度;在此基础上,率先利用激光衍射法对单刀位姿进行了检测,并同时进行了单刀原位压痕/划痕试验,分析了衍射法单刀位姿检测结果和误差来源,进行了误差修正,获得了随机工况下刀具的相应精准位姿。最后,介绍了主副双刀错刃机械刻划原理,利用CATIA软件对主副双刀刀架结构进行了设计与分析;并在单刀位姿检测试验基础上,利用激光衍射法对主副双刀相对位姿进行了检测与姿态一致性精度评定,开展了主副双刀错刃机械刻划试验,并从刻槽闪耀角、非闪耀角、闪耀面和非闪耀面这四个参数检测精度方面分析了双刀刻槽的槽形精度,实现从实际应用的角度验证了激光衍射测量技术刀具位姿检测方法的精确性与实用性。通过上述刀具位姿检测对比试验研究与主副双刀错刃机械刻划试验研究,本文最终获得了较为精准的刀具位姿非接触式检测方法,为后续进一步深入研究主副双刀错刃机械刻划工艺奠定了基础。
