从语义认知的角度探索双语词典对色彩词的释义 ——以色彩词“黑”为例

论文摘要

色彩词是一种文化负载词,与人类的认知息息相关。同时,色彩词是语言词汇体系的精髓所在。一种词汇体系当中的色彩词总是和某一种独特的文化紧密相关的,表现了不同的文化、历史、地理和风俗习惯的背景。 本文主要从语义认知的角度,以色彩词“黑(black)”为例,研究了双语词典色彩词的释义问题。本研究的目的是从人类认知的角度来研究色彩词的词义——特别是色彩词丰富的文化含义,以此探索基于用户角度的双语词典对色彩词更好的释义方法。 本文对前人在色彩词方面的研究成果进行了文献综述,从语义认知出发,探讨了“现代双语词典对‘黑’(black)的处理”和“色彩词的文化含义与双语词典对其处理”等问题,并以一些比较著名的英汉和汉英双语词典为例,分析了现代双语词典对色彩词释义的一些缺陷和不足。针对这些情况探讨了如何改善双语词典的编纂,以达到给词典用户提供充分的语义、语用(本文以文化方面的语用为重点)和结构等方面的信息。同时也通过在词典用户中开展关于色彩词的问卷调查,以期找出词典使用者在色彩词使用方面碰到的问题以及理想的色彩词释义。 最后,本论文构建了一个关于双语词典如何对色彩词释义的模式。该模式强调双语词典在释义中要充分实现色彩词的丰富涵义,旨在获得双语词典中的释义与词典用户提取信息的匹配。
