作者唐玉洁(2019)在《寒冷地区奶牛舍保温幕应用效果研究》一文中研究指出:寒冷地区密闭牛舍冬季通风和保温存在矛盾,导致舍内环境长期处于低温高湿状态。为掌握密闭式牛舍冬季舍内主要环境参数的分布和变化规律,对位于吉林省白城市的密闭式自然通风牛舍的舍内温度、相对湿度和风速等进行了连续的现场测试,并利用CFD软件对改造前舍内温湿度环境进行了数值模拟。在此基础上,对牛舍建筑实施了现场改造,一是在牛舍上方距离地面4.0m位置安装了温室中常用的保温幕,以增加舍内下方奶牛活动区域的保温;二是在牛舍屋面均匀安装了16台专门为牛舍通风设计的烟囱风机,并设计了7种不同运行工况,试验结果表明:(1)测试期间舍外平均温度为-14.58℃,平均相对湿度为51.51%,舍内平均温度为-3.92℃,平均相对湿度为85.7%,舍内长期处于低温高湿状态,舍内卧床处1.2 m平均温度比4.3 m平均温度低1.49℃,靠近大门横截面平均温度比靠近中间横截面平均温度低4.56℃,整舍温度分布布局,同时CFD数值模拟显示,舍内空气流场受卷帘门影响较大,主要热源是奶牛,热量在热压通风作用下汇集在卧床上方,导致舍内卧床上方温度较高。(2)冬季将舍内温度维持在0℃作为改造目标,选择相应的保温幕材料安装到舍内一侧,安装后通过连续测试舍内温湿度,安装保温幕一侧平均温度比未安装保温幕一侧平均温度提升为3.55℃,相对湿度提升1.04%,保温幕在舍内不同横截面保温效果相同,并且舍外温度越低,舍内保温幕保温效果越好,夏季保温幕对舍内通风有所改善,保温幕对舍内保温效果显著,但未能解决舍内高湿问题。(3)舍内安装16台屋顶烟囱风机,舍内全天开启16和12台时,整体相对湿度有所改善,但是舍内温度明显降低,安装保温幕一侧保温效果不明显,开启8台时,保温幕保温效果有所提升,但对舍内相对湿度改善效果不明显,开启12台风机对舍内温度分布不均有所改善,通过对比确定舍内风机分段开启方案。本研究为未来建立高产奶牛基地奠定理论基础,对提高养奶牛场经济效益,促进乳业健康发展具有重要意义。
