论文摘要: 随着Internet和多媒体虚拟现实等技术的成熟和推广,E-learning作为外语教学的一种全新的教学手段正在被越来越多的使用。本文首先介绍了E-learning的特点和与传统教学模式的区别以及该教学手段所用到的主要技术主要包括虚拟现实,多媒体,语音识别及网络技术等,在此基础上作者从e-learning的教学模型的设计者角度就e-learning的实现策略和教学评估方法进行阐述。由于E-learning是一个综合的系统教学环境,它包括了教师,学生,技术人员,软硬件设备网络等各种因素,它们都会对e-learning的成败与否起到影响作用,因此一个成功的e-learning应该考虑到各方面的因素。在本文中就以上几个问题进行了讨论,分析了e-learning中教师,学生以及教学环境的改变对教学所带来的影响,并提出了一系列的对应解决策略。作者在针对如何建立实施e-learning教学系统模型时引进了工程项目管理的方法和策略,并以该策略对e-learning进行教学评估,同时从E-learning设计实施者的角度对系统学习、教学策略选取等问题进行了探讨,应用了项目管理的理念提出了针对各面因素的解决方法。在文中还对我国当前的e-learning现状进行了介绍,并对教师在使用E-learning时所碰到的困难和问题进行了描述和分析。本文还在理论说明的基础上加入了很多的案例以及实例分析包括作者曾亲身参与的上外松江校区的vschool系统等实例。最后作者对e-learning的前景和发展进行了展望,并总结了e-learning中的学习策略,强调了各种因素对于一个e-learning学习系统的影响。
