作者易淼荣(2019)在《高超声速边界层转捩及控制研究》一文中研究指出:边界层转捩对高超声速飞行器的性能和安全性具有重要影响,而高超声速边界层转捩的研究及控制目前面临工程应用需求紧迫,理论认识不够充分,风洞模拟参数不全面,数值模拟亟待进一步发展的现状。本文基于吸气式高超声速飞行器对强制转捩的需求,首先建立了一种可同时模拟自然转捩和强制转捩的数值方法:基于IDDES框架的γ-Re_θ转捩模型,该方法能够在较低网格需求下对边界层转捩过程中较大扰动的发展失稳过程进行捕捉;然后分别针对自然转捩、被动控制诱导的强制转捩和主动控制诱导的强制转捩进行了研究,一方面表明本文建立的数值模拟方法具备模拟自然转捩和强制转捩的能力,另一方面对转捩过程中的扰动发展及涡结构进行了分析,发现了几个影响转捩过程的关键因素;最后针对一种进气道构型,提出了一种主动喷射诱导进气道边界层强制转捩方案,并将其与被动控制诱导转捩方案进行了对比。本文一共分为七章,内容安排如下:第一章是引言,介绍了高超声速边界层转捩研究的背景和意义,从边界层失稳机制、强制转捩和转捩预测方法三个方面介绍了高超声速边界层转捩的研究现状,最后对本文的主要工作进行了介绍。第二章是计算方法,首先从γ-Re_θ转捩模型、转捩模型与IDDES方法的结合、IDDES方法中网格尺度的改进和五阶WENO-RL重构几个方面详细介绍了本文提出的基于IDDES框架的γ-Re_θ转捩模型;然后进行了一系列验证算例的计算,从无粘通量重构方法、时间推进方法、对湍流中大尺度涡结构的捕捉能力、对自然转捩模拟的能力以及对粗糙颗粒诱导的强制转捩模拟的能力等方面对计算方法进行了一一验证。第三章采用风洞试验和数值模拟相结合的方法对高焓污染组分来流条件下Ma 6尖前缘平板边界层内扰动波的发展直至失稳过程进行了研究。试验通过ALTP热流传感器测量到了壁面热流平均值、热流脉动RMS值,通过对热流脉动进行分析,得到了不稳定波的频率和传播速度,通过双谱分析发现转捩过程中不稳定波之间存在非常复杂的非线性耦合关系。数值模拟则通过在上游壁面加入吹吸扰动来研究不稳定波的发展规律,模拟得到的高频模态扰动波频率与传播速度均与试验吻合良好,但由于来流扰动存在差别,数值模拟无法复现试验结果中出现的较低频的扰动峰值。数值模拟还通过不同的扰动添加方式,得到了K型转捩和亚谐型转捩,并且对比了污染组分和壁温对不稳定波发展的影响,结果显示在污染组分来流中,不稳定波增长更快,边界层转捩更早,而壁温影响规律则与线性稳定性理论相吻合。第四章针对被动控制诱导的强制转捩进行了数值模拟研究,采用本文建立的基于IDDES框架的γ-Re_θ转捩模型,首先对单个圆柱形粗糙颗粒诱导BAM6QT中的边界层转捩算例进行模拟,从脉动RMS值,脉动主频和边界层内平均流场等方面均与试验进行了比较,还进行了网格无关性验证。其次对斜坡形转捩带诱导高超声速进气道强制转捩的算例进行了模拟研究,更改了IDDES方法中的网格尺度后,得到了与试验一致的转捩位置。针对以上两个算例,本章还从涡结构和扰动两个角度分析了流向涡的形成及二次失稳导致转捩的过程,发现由粗糙颗粒上缘引起的剪切层导致的马蹄涡头部(对应低速条带)在向下游发展的过程中逐步耗散,而处于边界层底部的高速条带在转捩中扮演重要角色,高速条带位置上的非定常扰动在展向开始互相接触时往往代表着流向涡结构二次失稳的开始。第五章针对主动喷射诱导Ma 10来流条件下进气道强制转捩算例进行了数值模拟研究,首先选取了四个喷射压比下的试验工况进行模拟,仍通过更改IDDES方法中的网格尺度后,得到了与试验吻合较好的转捩位置;然后研究了喷孔间距对强制转捩的影响,发现喷孔间距存在最优范围,合理安排喷孔间距可有效促进转捩位置前移;最后尝试通过双排喷射、喷射气态煤油等措施来进一步增强强制转捩效果,取得了一定成效。同时在对这些算例进行涡结构和扰动两个方面的分析后,发现扰动在边界层内的法向位置对边界层转捩有重要影响,往往失稳位置越靠近边界层底部,转捩越容易发生。第六章则基于主动喷射诱导强制转捩的研究结果,针对第四章中的进气道构型,提出了一种主动喷射诱导强制转捩的方案,在保持强制转捩效果差别不大的情况下,通过数值模拟对主动/被动控制诱导强制转捩方式在失稳机制、附加效应等方面进行了详细的对比。对比结果表明在热环境上主动喷射有较明显优势,再结合主动喷射本身具有的可灵活控制的先天优势,体现了其作为未来强制转捩装置的潜力。第七章为结束语,总结了本文主要结果和创新点,并指出了工作中存在的不足及今后的研究方向。
